I love this. Really appreciate this company.

It came in a timely matter. I was alarmed and disappointed it was so poorly packed. Total carelessness of the person who processed this order. There was a piece of tape going down the seam of the box but it was not adhered to the box. The box came opened and I am shocked the contents didn’t appear to be damaged. I don’t like seeing my packages on my porch wide opened.

Only problem I have is with the website when I try to change the schedule for delivery. I was trying to move the scheduled re-order date to be sooner than it showed but it wouldn’t let me. Not 100% sure of the date.

Ordered and shipped pretty quick. The part I didn't fancy was that a local store had the same dog food for 10 bucks less a bag and I heard what great prices I was getting from pet flow. Asked for a price match and no response

I would give you FIVE stars, but you realy deserve three stars. WHen it comes to ordering prescription dog food four times, it finally went through! They said they couldn't get a hold of my vet, even though I gave them the number. They told me the prescription wasn't valid, but it was. They want YOU to mail the script in! They kept going to the wrong vet FOUR times including after calling them and telling them that, three times! Even the pharmacist for petflow is the same way! TOTAL DISORGANIZATION with the pharmacist. They did make up for the problem, and that's why I gave them four stars! They have some good deals. I would buy from there again... I think.

I ordered dogfood. Delivered in a timely manner, however the two bags of food were infested with ants. I don't believe the ants were in the food, on box and in box. Possibly, the ants came from being left on front porch.

I would give 5 stars but your packaging dept. is in need of quality control. 4 out of 5 packages received have tares, partially opened and the box does not fit the item that is being sent! Like it is piece milled together sometimes. The carrier that is used may also be at fault but if the box fit better I believe it would be more difficult to damage the box!
