Your webpage is too hard to use. It is impossible to find anything quickly.

It's convenient when it works. I have received the wrong order on time and the right order came late and I thought it would be easy since I'm on a reorder with my cc on file. I'm going to give it another month because I'd rather save my time as a new mom I thought it would be easier but I've still had to go and buy supplies because of the hit and miss.

I like PetFlow's website, options, prices, and the delivery came fast. However... The 8.8lb bag expires in 2 months. Sorry, but my dog won't come close to finishing the 8.8lb bag in 2 months. Since 8.8lbs is the smallest size of this brand that PetFlow carries it was my only choice. I checked in a local store and the expiration dates are all 11 months away. Without being sure of the age of the product I'm going to get, I don't plan on using PetFlow again.

... but no customer service. Found them online as having low prices and free shipping. Have tried to contact about shipping delay with no response.

So far I have received 2 orders (2 cases of Innova small cans) and both times several of the cans are dented to the point that they cannot be used. I will try the auto. reorder service one more time but the Packing Dept. needs to protect the product better on the sides of the cases to prevent damage

We are sad. The recall of Natural balance resulted in us dumping 2 28lb bags of lamb and rice dog food. When I called Petflow, they sent my new bags...I switched to salmon and sweet potato flavor for my dogs. They would NOT honor my original $16 off coupon. I felt it was unfair that I lost my credit due to a recall that I had no control of. Frustrated!!

Your ordering process is professional, speedy and the food comes well-packaged. What I don't like is the continual push during the ordering process to sign-up for regular delivery. I was CERTAIN I had said NO at each opportunity, yet was surprised to find a package of food delivered I did not believe I ordered. I went onto the web site and found numerous future dates entered at which time I would be delivered dog food. I cancelled the dates on the website and then called your customer service who confirmed that I had no deliveries scheduled in the future. If this happens again (delivery of a package I didn't order), I will cancel the service entirely.

I got a bag of dog food. Honestly, it would have been no trouble getting it myself from the store. It took a little longer to actually receive shipment. Plus I found that the dog food I received had an expiration date from 2 months earlier. I contaced Petflow showing the epiration date on the bag and they were apologetic and gave me a credit for a future purchase. I would still use Petflow. No hard feelings.
