PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Even though I ordered some bones for my dogs the ones that arrived were so small I can not give them to my big dogs. They would choke on these tiny knee caps. I called and was told they do not accept returns nor did they offer to send larger ones. The customer service person was vague and sounded like she was in a large call center. There is NO personal service with this company. I will not order again. You don't know what you're going to get and there is no swapping.

I have tried 3 times to get product I need from petflow and 3 times I have had problems. Also the dog food I get locally is 5 lbs more then I get get at petflow for what reason I do not know. Pretty much done with trying.

I got an email that said my order was to be sent out on Feb 16th. Today is Feb 25th. I haven't gotten it yet.

My cat is on the Royal Canine kidney feed or should I say was....I waited for 20 days for this order and had to feed something else. This weekend I put Lenny down. His kidney levels had elevated and was very sick. Not sure if it was his time or being I did not have his food it sent him over the edge. I will not need anything in the future from this company. After calling many times the excuse was they had changed hands and needed the prescription again which was on file!!!

After the amount of pet supplies that I have purchased and I only asked that they stop shipping ripped bags of cat litter, They simple ignored and then blamed the maufaurer. I learned to deal with the spotty shipping, expect shipping two to three weeks after it has been schedule. I also delt with over 50 bags of ripped cat litter before I ask that they simple tape it. Simply disappointing.

Ordered over 10 days ago, never delivered, FedEx is "investigating", still no food!!!! A 30lb expensive bag of food, I paid, have no food!!!!

I am not a rich woman but I do my best to take care of my two cats as if they were royalty. When PetFlow sent me three orders instead of one, all three orders were billed to me. I carefully put on new labels which PetFlow had sent me an email telling me of this. I carefully removed the old tags and pasted on the new ones I had printed on my printer. I taped the box in places were the boxes seemed to be coming apart during delivery also. Just how long does a person have to wait to have the money returned to them? As it is my account is still in the red. Linda Hall Customer for 7 months and soon to start buying my cat needs elsewhere.
