Pet flow has room for improvement in areas of communication and packaging...otherwise a great service

There's nothing not to like. My only gripe is a lack of sampler quantities and shipping rates. We have two finicky cats. If you buy a case (or two cases to get free shipping) and your cat doesn't like it, well........

I really love the two purchases I've made through Petflow. The shipping is so quick and some of the deals are great! My only complaint is that I've had problems with coupon codes and credits when buying the items. But customer service has been great and helpful and fixes them as soon as they can. Overall, I think I'm going to use this service multiple times in the future!

Petflow has amazing deals as well as competitive prices on all items they carry. The shipping cost is also competitive. Ordered items are shipped fast! I order all the time from Petflow and I have had only a couple issues with items in my order as well as billing mistakes but customer service was extremely helpful. They fixed the issues immediately to my satisfaction. I will continue to buy from and recommend Petflow!

Shipment took forever, I truly forgot what I ordered. Prices were extremely good due to the 30% off. Customer service was very helpful when I finally called. Great site for pet food....MUST improve delivery time.

Purchased bag of dog food and some dog bones. It was delivered as promised and arrived ok. The only thing was that whoever delivered it dumped it on my front porch with all the seams on the box split open and items falling out. I send a complaint to the company but it was not acknowledgedl.
