I love this service, very fast and convenient and even saved me a few dollars compared to the local pet stores. The only thing that upsets me is that both deliveries of my premium canned dog food came with several crushed cans, I assume from the delivery. (Although no damage was obvious on the box it was shipped in) I will not feed my dogs food from damaged cans, therefore there were cans of wasted food that offset the savings I thought I would be getting. I'm going to try it for one more shipment, if it continues I will stop using the service and get it at my local store.

This is my second order from Pet flow. This is also the second time that I have received food that had lost its vacuum seal. As a customer who is looking for quality dog food, I'm frustrated because when it arrives in this manner there is no way to determine if the food has been tampered with, how long the package has lost its seal and thereby it's freshness. I did call them after the first time it happened. They were very pleasant they did send out another bag of food to me that did arrive on good condition. I did not call after the second time because I was beginning to wonder if this is the standard or norm for Pet flow. I'm frustrated and uncertain if I should Look for another source for my future dog food purchases. They have good prices and service has been good so I hate to leave, but I have some concerns....

My order was sent on the 17th, but didn't arrive until the 23rd. I ran out of food for my dogs in the mean-time and had to make a very costly, expensive and time consuming trip to the pet store to grab a small bag to tie us over TWICE. I'm not sure this 'convenient' service of ordering from Petflow is what I thought it would be.

I LOVE THE IDEA OF NOT HAVING TO GO TO THE MARKET TO GET DOG FOOD - MY ONLY PROBLEM IS IT TAKES OVER A WEEK TO GET TO ME AND SHIPPING TO GET IT SOONER IS NOT COST AFFECTIVE

Placed my 1st order over 1 wk ago, Have not rec'd shipment-I think it is lost!

Order and paid for an order on 5/16, notified on 5/17 packaged shipped, not received until 5/24. My cats could have starved to death in that length of time waiting on PetFlow. Not sure if I want to order again or not. Eight days is unacceptable.

I like the "feeling" of this company and wanted to be a long term customer. Website is great, communication is clear and when I had a question about setting up my order schedule the person who handled the call was great. Problem is that some delivered bags of Orijen arrived with their vacuum seal lost...probably because of no padding and too limited packaging. Since I want to feed fresh food, I want to protect it until I open the bag. I had used a competitor of yours and did not have this problem in any of their deliveries. The package a bit more. Your customer service answer was ok...offered to replace this bag but no ability to address the issue with your service and basically said this is going to happen sometimes. When I wrote back saying ok...cancel future orders there was no response. It was good until it wasn't and when it wasn't pet flow wasn't really there to address the issue in a real way.

This was the first time that we have had to get a prescription from the Vet.in order to buy dog food. The Vet. told us that a prescription was necessary to purchase this kind of food. While shopping on the net I discovered that some of the food suppliers required a written prescription for the same food while some did not ,including PetFlow. Is this some kind of a medical violation or what? It was much simpler not to have to use a prescription but your add. on the net should say that a prescription was NOT needed. Thanks much
