I love auto delivery. The initial order set up was very simple, BUT making any changes other than altering the ship dates is VERY confusing…I had to get help. If it could be simplified, I would rate it 5 stars!

I received an email with a discount offer so I thought I would try PetFlow again. The ordering process was easy until the website wouldn't accept the discount code. Ugh. One call to customer service fixed everything & the discount was applied. This is my only gripe - I do A LOT of on-line shopping & have several recurring automatic shipments set-up because it's super quick, easy & convenient. Avoiding unnecessary calls to customer service is the goal. Other than that glitch the order was perfect - good price & great delivery speed.

We got Pure Love Ez-Flex Joint Support Soft Chews for Dogs. Our lab mix Mazie is 8 and her hips seem to be getting worse. She's been taking these for about a week & half so far and last night was the first night she greeted us at the garage door in weeks. Usually she stays up on the deck instead of taking the 4 steps down because she doesn't want to have to go right back up them. It was a wonderful surprise. I am hoping it wasn't just a coincidence and looking for a repeat tonight. I will post a review on the product a little later after it has time to work.

My cats like a high protein dry food which seems to be disappearing from other online pet food sites, so I tried your site. Wow, if I wasn't in a situation where I really needed to get this special kibble, as the retail stores don't carry it, I would have left your site without making a purchase at all. We are at the site to buy things for our pets, please don't chase us away by asking us over and over again, if we want to double our order, add this and or that, autoship our order, etc! I am the type of person who knows what I want and get annoyed when a sales person real or virtual keeps trying to assist me in my purchase. If this was a brick and mortar store, I would have walked out. I did double the order, a double edged sword because, what if the food I just ordered doesn't appeal to my finicky cat crew? Sure, it put me over the limit so I got free shipping but how much will it cost me if I have to send back the unused 2nd order? and will you take it back? Also, this food has an expiration date of 10/07/14 so, with double the amount ie 32 lbs, I really hope they like it! P.S. the order came quickly and hurrah! they do like it, but it will surely take them a while to finish up so much. I hope that the high pressure sales stuff will be gone when I return to order more, although I am not sure when that will be.

Our rotti is on special prescription food which is pretty expensive. With pet flow I get it for at $5 and sometimes as much as $10 cheaper, and it gets delivered to out door. It would have been 5 stars except it was put on back order for a few days and I wasn't given a date to expect it.

I needed to order $50 to get free shipping and my order totaled $49.60; your rep told me what to purchase that was on sale for only $1.00 so I'd meet my quota. Usually they suggest another $30 item, but I was happy.
