I was sent cases of cat food that I ordered that had a "Best by" date of 4 days after the day it arrived. This stuff is OLD. Even the label on the can was an outdated label. To the credit of customer service - they couldn't have been nicer and credited me for my purchase immediately. So, that was very well handled. But knowing about the poor quality of merchandise they're shipping out, I wouldn't order anything from them again...especially something I'm feeding my pets.

In today's world it should never take 3 months to have an order shipped.. Not even an explanation as to why it would take so long to get an order. I would never use this site again as I made my first order in March 2014 and was immediately informed it would be shipped on June 16, 2014.

If I order something from someone, I prefer to receive the item, or have my cash returned. This company offered a "we made a cost error" sale on dog food, I placed an order immediately. 2 days later, I received an email that the item was sold out, and they were keeping my case on my account for my next order. I requested a refund and was denied. Do not do business here.

STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ENTIRE ORDER, NO FOLLOWUP ON IT, WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AGAIN

I order my dog food and treats. Not over an HOUR later, my phone rings with a salesperson trying to get me to have automatic delivery for the dog food EVEN THOUGH I checked the radio button that said "one time delivery only" each time it popped up. One top of that, within one day, my inbox had four email advertisements as well as three emails about my order - one asking me if I didn't make a mistake bu choosing "one time delivery only". Blood pressure going up! After three days, I have decided never, EVER to order from these folks again. In three days, I received 22 emails from them. I have unsubscribed and want to warn others that this company is VERY irritating. Top top it off....the dog treats I ordered are unusable as they were totally crushed in shipping. All I have is expensive dog treat dust.

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN INTELLIGENT ANSWER AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER. VERY SOON, I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CANCEL

I never received the order. Half of the order went to my billing address. Half went to where it was supposed to. I was doubted by their customer service dept. Not good service when I placed 1 order & half of it ended up where it is supposed to be.

My order took over 21 days to reach me. Because the first shipment broke before it arrived to me. PetFlow never told me that. I wondered why it was taking so long to reach me. I called PetFlow and was told it broke so they reshipped it to me. By then not all of the things I had paid for and ordered were even still in stock. I never got all of what I ordered and waited so long for in the first place. See if I ever order from PetFlow again! ANd I will not tell anyone else to order from Pet Flow either, SInce they suck. They could have at least told me when it was broken that my order was broken. And when not all of i twas going to come to me it was all gone. They could have offered a replacement, but they did not even do that. I want nothing more to do with PetFlow.
