Love how many products you have and good fast shipping

The "Dirty Dog" rugs, despite the fact that they came from China, are good. They "stick" to the floor and soak up slopped-over water spills. Bought them at a discount and prefer American-made stuff, but they do the job. Also got some "stuffed" rawhide rolls that were American-made. The foreign rawhide (and other edibles) scares me and I won't buy it. Had a little trouble trying to pay with my PayPal credit card, but communication with PetFlow was excellent and the problem was quickly resolved.

I'm happy with pet flow, however one of their major competitors delivers the good next day for the same delivery fee. Pet flow takes 3+ days, but they are the ones who carry the food we use.

My order arrived sooner than I had expected, everything was in order and they kept me informed. I also appreciate the NO CHINA on dog treats as that is the only kind I will buy. If the package doesn't clearly state that no part of the product, including packaging, came from China - I am not interested in it.
