I had purchased a light up harness from them, medium thinking it would be the same measurements as harnesses you buy in real stores but no, this harness was more for a beagle or some other small 20 lb dog! Even readjusted as loose as it would go, was small as heck! So I requested to exchange it for the large, thinking maybe the large would fit my dog. I get a response completely ignoring my request for an exchange and telling me that they won't do returns for items under $10, I didn't want to return it and I was willing to pay for shipping, I wanted to exchange it. Awful customer service, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered two bags of food on line and waited 8 days for my delivery, after I received a confirmation of my order. When nothing arrived and I called to find out what was going on, I was told my money had been refunded as the food was out of stock. Maybe some sort of notification would have been nice, an apology, something........even an apology! I will stick with Petco who always deliver within 48 hours of my order.

Here's the deal. I was offered a discount in an email and I knew I needed to buy dog food soon so I went for it. While placing the order I added the discount code and it appeared as though the discount was applied. Then after adding my credit card information and finalizing the order the discount disappeared. I immediately tried to call the customer service line but was on hold for at least 15 minutes so I hung up and sent an email to the customer service center. A little later I got an email saying my order had shipped and after that I got an email saying it was too late to do anything about the discount or applying it to my credit card since the order had already shipped. This was during the same (business) day. Since they couldn't apply my discount I was given a credit for future orders. So, vey soon afterwards my order of 60 lbs of dog food arrives in a large box. The box was very flimsy and there was dog food spilling out of it. I live over a business so the box was delivered to the place of business while I was at work. Because of the flimsy box and the dog food spilling everywhere I had to clean up their floors after I took it up to my apartment. When I opened the box I discovered that one of the bags of dog food was cut open, as though whoever unpacked the pallet of dog food had cut the bag when cutting off the packaging. Needless to say I was not vey impressed with this company and I'm not sure at this point if I will use them again to get the credit or not.

Had been a customer for several years and was happy however, when I called one day regarding my pets prescription food they had no clue about the Vet even though I had given them this information several times over the years (they had the RX on file) and the food had been getting shipped to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told different "stories" each time as to why one was not available. I lost faith in this company. They gave me the run around and treated me badly on the phone. I have found it much easier to order through my Vet even though it cost a bit more it is worth it to avoid all the stress and lies from a company that had my information and then told me that they "had lost it".

I ordered Chicken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul; Adult cat, Weight control formula and received plain chichen soup for the cat lovers soul.I am not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disabled and thought it would be easier for me to buy my dog food from Petflow. I was very ill the day I put the order in, and knew I wouldn't be able to go to town anytime soon. So I purchased a 40 lb. bag of dog food. Imagine my surprise when it came and it was the same size I buy from the store and I had to pay double the price. Petflow price gouges. I am so upset over this . I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them again. Compare prices before you buy, they OVERCHARGE BIG TIME.

My order was lost by fed ex forcing me to go out and buy the same product. Petflow shipping another to wait another week for so it will be almost a month by the time it gets to me. I asked to be credit the five dollar shipping I paid and they claim they can't do anything. I have been ordering from them for 6 months now however after this experience I will no longer order from them.

I will never buy from this company again and neither will my rescue friends. They are not even recognized by the Better Business Bureau.
