I had to respond to the same request for the vets information via 1 phone call and 3 emails

The toys were too small and not sturdy enough to be played with.

the ONL;Y issue I have is the bags arrive with the vacuum seals broken and the food is not as fresh as when the seal is in tact.

I did not get an email on a recall for taste of the wild. That disappointed me to no end guys. I checked my junk/spam & inbox. I got nothing.

Ordered a box of Greenie's for my little maltese. Shipping took about 5 days and went FedEx to USPS. When I opened the carton the Greenie's box was with a Christmas overrap. Being that I purchased and received the item in June it did not make me happy to see that as I would believe the item was sitting on a shelf in a warehouse at least 6-8 months. at the rate I give the item to my dog the 96 count box will be done at the same time of the date on the bottom of the box.

I prefer Nutro canned dog food for my senior toy poodle. You don't offer a full inventory as compared to my store. I also received a substiture in one order. However, I like the convenience of ordering online and having the products delivered to my door. I also don't think you should charge tax as most online sites do not charge it.

I placed a large order for dog food and treats ... free shipping = YAY! Next I got 2 tracking #'s and when I clicked through found out that 1/2 my order was "great" - it came fed ex from a nearby state and arrived in 4 days from ordering. The other 1/2 "sucks" - it was sent USPS from clear across the country and after 1.5 weeks I am still waiting (says s/b delivered by tomorrow). How does that make sense? Send the father one faster (fed ex) and the closer one by slow USPS maybe ... but even that is kinda dumb. I like the site, prices and service folks so I'll try Petflow again but one more episode like this and it will be my last

Living in rural Vermont (on a dirt road, no less), it's nice to have 24 cans of dog food and 35 lbs of dry food delivered to my door step. What I do not like is that I receive emails for special deals all the time and when you read it, the discounts are only for first-time buyers. Also, they raised the price on a product that I regularly get from Petflow without any notice or email. So mixed review.
