I'm disappointed to be frank. PetFlow asked me for donations to the Everett Washington Animal Shelter in the wake of the disastrous mudslides. I foolishly obliged. Never got a thank you. No acknowledgement of the donation. Just two separate contacts from PetFlow thinking I was someone named Everett. I have no idea if the food I ordered was delivered. I feel like I got scammed. Never again. I will stick with my own charities.

Dear PetFlow This review will not be a good review. My old cat, Jack, was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. The Vet said he should eat Prescription k/d cat food. So I placed an order for two cases. Jack hates the food and won't eating. I called to return the unopened and untouched cat food. Pet Flow said: no returns. What?? This is a $70 purchase. I should be been warned! Very unhappy and will never use PetFlow again

Please stop sending me an e-mail begging for a review every time I am shipped an order.

First experience with the company, two weeks after order placed, still not processed. Gave the site all the info needed to contact my vet for the prescription, and no one processed it, and no one called to tell me why. When I called today, the representative was nice enough, but, had to message the pharmacy to see what the hold up was. Apparently PetFlo didn't give my vet's fax number to their pharmacy to complete the transaction... So the pharmacy didn't process the order and didn't call to request information, just left my order in limbo. Guess I'll have to go back to purchasing directly from my vet... Very Dissapointing when the customer is forgotten.

Although I placed my order two weeks ago for Hills Prescription Diet Canine I still haven't received it. My initial order was responded to by an email from PetFlow telling me that they couldn't process the order because my vet said that we were no longer customers of their business. It turns out that PetFlow contacted the wrong vet. My vet called them and got it straightened out--I thought. A phone call from a customer rep told me that she had the order ready to go but needed my PayPal payment to finish it. When I looked at the order she put in it did not include all the discounts I was due. So I rewrote the order for the proper terms. I also emailed PetFlow and informed them that a prescription for dog food was not necessary in the state of Florida. I don't know if they checked that out or not. Then I received another email from PetFlow stating that they didn't have my vet's approval. I emailed back the name of the customer rep who talked to the vet and then got a confirmation of the correct order. As of today, 4/11/14, I still haven't received my order.

Very disappointing because one of golden retrievers scarfs her food and the other one tries to eat fast so the alpha doesn't go after his. These bowls seemed to be far larger than shown in the picture and too ugly and too huge to be on the counter, dish rack, or even the dishwasher. Furthermore, they both were miserable trying to get to the food. One even gave up. Their tongues were too big.

everything I ordered was small no wonder they were on sale. peepads r so thin pee went right through. im not satisfied at all .

I ordered a prescription cat food 3 weeks ago. PetFlow took my money but they still haven't done anything. The order status is still "verifying prescription". It's a prescription because it's necessary for a sick family pet, but PetFlow doesn't care. We had no choice but to get the cat food elsewhere. Now I'm canceling the order and hoping I get my money back. I wouldn't trust PetFlow with your pet's needs if they include any prescription effort.
