Petflow has great prices, especially when you factor in free shipping! they also have a wide variety of natural cat foods! However, every shipment I've received from them has had damaged cans. One of them even had an exploded can so I had a HUGE mess to clean up! I contacted TWICE them about getting a partial refund on cans I couldn't use because they were so damaged and never heard back. You get what you pay for...

I had auto delivery & tried to change it but couldn't figure out how -there was no one available to live chat with me so it said email & we will get back to u. No one did & the auto delivery came before I could change it. There goes the convience of auto ship. the prices are good the shipping is fast -unless it's a small package & coming thru the regular mail, then it's REALLY slow.

I received my package on 6=26=12. I ordered on 6/15/12. My dog loves the fuzzy ball and also the dog food samples. I would have liked to see a slip in the box with your prices. But I have access to the internet so I will look them up on your website. I called 2 times to see when my package would arrive and pretty much got the run around even though I had the tracking number. I was told it would arrive on the 28th but I called my post office and it was already there, now on the 26th.

Ordered the amount to get free shipping not realizing they meant SmartPost shipping, the least smart shipping option available, where the package could have been at my door days before, but FedEx re-routes it to the Post Office to deliver (in this case, went through my state on a FedEx truck to another state entirely to be put on a Post Office truck, then back to my state, so sat in a hot warehouse or on a hot truck for 3 or 4 more days than necessary. No, thanks. I already told the company I won't order from them again until they get rid of SmartPost. For clothing, maybe (even though time delay is annoying.) But not okay for dog treats.

It took a good while to get the dog food. I would be worried to sign up for the monthly service, in fear that I wouldn't have the food in time before they ran out, and with the dog food being 60 bucks a pop it's not like I can spend extra when it's not here on time. The label they put on the box was not readable and it had to be redirected and relabeled then reshipped to me. So this is why I can only give them 3 stars, How would the person who put the label on not be able to see it was not legible?!?!?!?!

I LOVE that you will deliver heavy products like litter and dog food at reasonable delivery and product prices!! No one else does that and I HATE lugging that stuff home! Two problems so far though...when the litter arrived, it was packaged inside of bigger boxes (ordered four boxes, came in two sets of two) and the bigger boxes were not full so they got smashed in the shipping. That in turn crushed the litter box (Ever Clean) and opened the box just enough for litter to leak out. Usable but messy. Why not offer these in their original case pack so that I could order them that way and you won't have to repack? Secondly, I sent a note to customer service asking about how I could still use my Groupon (where I learned about you) b/c I anxiously ordered this litter before I had the Groupon, figuring I could use it the next day (had to wait one day to use for some reason) on some dog food. The Groupon was limited to "new" customers which I was no longer since I placed that first order on Day 1...I got a response saying that if I gave them the Groupon code, they would credit my account on my next order. Great! Problem is that I haven't heard anything back, though I've written to let them know that no credit has appeared and asked what should I do. It's been several days now. I hope you resolve these sorts of problems--I signed up as an Ambassador and already have two new customers there for you. I need this service, and I know others do, too. Thanks for asking! it is confusing and unclear and non-intuitive and very hard to figure out- especially when changing orders and shipping addresses. otherwise, the service, products and shipping are just fine.

I was impressed with the no shipping costs, and great prices on cat food. Unfortunately it seems as if they are making up on the free shipping by charging more for the cat litter they sell. I really don't mind it being a little more (for the convenience of having it sent to my home) but almost 3 times the cost of my local grocery store is a bit much.
