Delivery took longer than expected. Coupon code is the only reason this purchase was worth it.

This is my first time using petflow.com and I was impressed at the speed of the delivery and the ease of ordering. I will be ordering again.

I love being able to order my dogs food and have it delivered. I wish the discounts and coupons sent to me were compatible with orijen. It's frustrating to get coupons and offers that exclude orijen in the fine print.

I ordered through PetFlow for the first time about 2 weeks ago. User friendly online service - food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. My only concern was that the food was accidentally delivered to my neighbor across the street. He was nice enough to deliver to my porch. Luckily he had a hand truck to bring the food, as it weighed over 60 pounds. But other than that, I would recommend and used PetFlow again.

good prices and fast delivery

Their shipping was fast and free when you spend $50+! They have a very large variety of products at prices comparable to other stores and the fact I don't have to leave my house is great! I do suggest price shopping because some of the treats and toys can be purchased cheaper elsewhere.

My dogs love the treats. I only buy the on sale treats as they are somewhat expensive for me. But I Do Not like how pushy they have gotten with auto shop. How many times do I need to say NO for every purchase.

I ordereda prescription dog food and it took about a week to get it approved because they use a different company for approval. The company is not very good about notifying them with approval. As soon as I emailed them my vet had called they immediately contacted them and my order was shipped. I will order again
