Ordered 28 lb Natural Balance Venison / Sweet Potato along with 2 cases of same wet food in cans. Poorly packaged such that the dry food bag was ripped in several places and much spilled out when opened.

The last shipment was delayed because you first wanted me to confirm the name of my vet. Months ago I sent you a copy of the prescription for the special diet cat food. If you want the name of my pet's veterinarian, look at that prescription yourself. Don't waste my time.

Petflow is a new web site that offers reasonable prices on all pet supplies. They carry a large assortment of brands and sizes. The only issue is that they do NOT send you any notice before you next scheduled order goes out so if you wanted to remove anything or add anything you are out of luck.

I was disappointed to find that petsmart had better prices. I guess the benefit is that the food is shipped to the house but you still pay extra for that. Overall, it's not worth the extra money unless you have a coupon and get free shipping.

I felt my order was delivered later than it should have been. I also sent an email asking questions about autoship and never heard from anyone. I have almost everything on autoship but my order will vary.

I have been a customer of PetFlow.com since right after they launched. The selection of food, toys and treats is outstanding. Delivery is prompt and the threshold for earning free shipping is very reasonable. Customer service is polite and satisfactory. They are *so close* to earning a five-star rating... except for the website. It’s awful. There is no way to limit your searches to products you actually want - for instance, I buy Nature’s Variety DRY DOG FOOD. I can pull up Nature’s Variety products, but I have to scroll through canned cat food, dry cat food, canned dog food.... looking for the items I want. Don’t even think about trying to put more specific product descriptions in the search function; you will get a wild mish-mash of completely unrelated products. I also have more than one ‘Flow’ or regularly scheduled delivery. I rotate the food my dogs eat with each order, so I have to go in and change the contents after each shipment. Once I have changed the dry dog food shipment, I must LOG OUT and log back in to change the canned food shipment because even though I have saved my changes and closed the dry food ‘Flow’, when I open the link for the canned food ‘Flow’, the dry food order shows up and will NOT close unless I do the log out-log in dance. They should be simple things to fix (hire a programmer?) but month after month I’m forced to deal with these issues because PetFlow hasn’t. Come on, PetFlow... just FIX it already and get that five-star review!

I believe their prices are fair and good shipping and I'm happy with them for the most part. However I know this is most likely my fault but they could enhance their account system because I had a double order because I had two accounts under my name. I was not happy on paying for two orders right away because it was not in my budget and other areas of my budget had to suffer.
