Be aware that Petflow will not notify before charging you for a subscription renewal, so you need to be absolutely sure that the subscription was successfully canceled. Petflow's prices are fine but the inability to cancel a subscription without making a phone call is a bit sketchy and a very suboptimal customer experience. I understand that an important part of subscription based revenue models is people paying for stuff they didn't mean to buy so petflow will continue to have this policy until legally forced to change, but that doesn't mean consumers need to be happy about it.

First, I entered my credit card information and it didn't take. I redid the input multiple times and it still didn't take. I ended up using PayPal. Second, the website indicated that the feline renal diet cat food was in stock. Then I got an email several days later that it was out of stock. Very bad experience.

The dog food that I ordered was not available although the agent told me it would be shipped on 9/1 or 9/2. I lost several days in trying to locate her prescription food because I thought I was getting it from PETFLOW.

The cans in the flats were packed in too big if a box and in transit the plastic broke and we had a box full of dented cans of food. The order was pack in a box 3 times the size that would have held them secure. I am canceling my auto ship and going back to Chewy.

We ordered 2 four pound bags of dog food. Received 2 one pound bags of dog food. Text customer service as it said to do never got a reply Have a picture of the order with 4 pound bag on it. Was our first order and our last

We’ve been doing auto ship for over 200.00 worth of product for about a year. Petflow has sent us the wrong cases of food numerous times. This happened again and assuming that we received the correct food for our dog my fiancé opened a can out of the case of food. As soon as he opened the can he knew it was the wrong item but tried giving it to the dog in hopes that he’d still eat it. The long story short is that our dog won’t eat the kind of food that was sent. I called customer support to see if anything could be done and the agent Ryan was extremely condescending and rude. He continued to argue with me when I said that we will be finding somewhere else to get our dog food from. I ended up hanging up because he was persistent to argue with me. I had to call back to cancel the plan and got a lady named Mallory who at the very least apologized on behalf of Petflow for the mix up and cancelled our auto ship plan. Needless to say I’m disgusted with the carelessness of the people packing up orders and I am more disgusted with Ryan in customer care. Chewy here I come because our experience with Petflow has been awful to say the least.

I reached out to customer service to see if a specific toy was available. I was told there were 38 of them and that if I ordered, I would be able to request it. They insured that they put the request in for that bear. I was sent the wrong one. I told them. They sent two replacement bears but they were still not the correct bear. I messaged them a 3rd time, and apparently now you are out of stock of the bear that I needed. I was given a credit. But i wouldve preferred the bear.

Was concerned about my purchase, called customer service and told me not t to worry. My package is coming in and may take 2-3 days after shipment. Week later, I finally received my package. Good thing I went and got some dog food before the package arrived :(
