Difficult to come up with the minimum $ amount needed for free shipping. Return policy not as customer friendly as is perhaps could be.

it's a cute rug, i guess it's absorbent, the dogs don't sit on it long enough to get the benefits, but it's cute for sure

I feed my dog Fromm dog food, as twice her two other brands of high end dog food were recalled. Fromm is small and family owned, and was recommended by a good pet store. However, they went out of business, so I had to find my Fromm somewhere else. A friend recommended Pet Flow, and so far it has been great. My only complaint is when they lure you in with emails saying "free shipping" today only, for example, and it turns out that it is for one product, and not the one you need....Otherwise a great company.

I ordered the $.99 bully sticks, and while the video said they were NOT from China, but I would like to know where they are produced. The box that the small bundle of 20 came in was HUGE! While I commend you not using styrofoam peanuts for filling, the large box seems wasteful. Looking forward to our next order in 90 days.

I placed an order for flea medicine and was sent 2 bags of dog food instead. My order was mixed up with someone else's. When I called the customer service rep was very friendly and said I could just seal up the box and put it out on my doorstep for FedEx to pick-up the next day. They did just that and a couple days later I got my flea medicine delivered. PetFlow.com made a mistake but handled it very well, with ease. I am a satisfied customer!

I was very impressed with my first order from PetFlow. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating is the shipping costs. I only ordered this time because I had a free shipping code. Normally, you have to spend $49 for free shipping. I feel this is a bit high, and $29 would be better. If shipping was free at $29, I would order from PetFlow often.

My three Dachshunds know when a package from PetFlow arrives because it is all FOR THEM! They especially like bully sticks and with these good prices, we can stock up! Woof-da!

Saw the Mountain Shirt on Facebook and really liked it. It arrived promptly and I had no problems except that it said "Free Shipping" if I typed in the code "Cool Shirt". I typed it in in lower case. all caps, first letter cap and nothing worked so I paid shipping. I would have gotten the shirt anyway but felt this was false advertising.
