My local petstore was out of my cat food. I ordered it on pet flow. This was my first and sure my last time. They sent it to me via FedEx. I am not a housewife, I work for living. My building is very secure, and my apartment is on 1st floor. However, the FedEx driver did not leave my package at my door. He was leaving me notes, and I was signing them, but the packadge was not left anyway. I called FedEx after the second attempt was useless, and they could not accomodate my needs. I called Pet Flow after the third attempt, and I got nowhere from there. My cat had to eat dog food for 2 days, until I went to a different petstore and bought her food. In a best case I will get my refund evensually. Not the experience that will make me to order from Pet Flow ever again!

Placed a order from my email for free shipping and because it was not a big enough order ? I I was charged shipping then I Tried to double my order for a discount for $4.20 plus shipping....I tried to contact customer service right away and never heard from your company...Very unacceptable behaviour...Please yake me off your mailing...Will contact Paypal and refute this transaction....

My 20lb, 2 year old dog with good teeth could not chew the beef tendons I ordered. Probably because they arrived harder than granite. Tried experimenting softening one in boiling water - took about an hour before sofftening up a bit. My dog sniffed it, hesitated but finally took it unenthusiastically. But then almost immediately vomited it back out. So not planning to re-order - was a waste of my money and time.

I needed to order a prescription dog food for my dog. I ordered her food and decided to throw in a box of treats for her. I got an email saying the order has been shipped, then a few hours got another email from customer service saying they weren't able to put the dog food on my order because I wasn't the primary person on the dog's account at the vet. I am the 2nd person listed, and they will only fill orders if you are the primary person. I asked if I redo the order so it's in my boyfriend's name (the primary on the account). They said no, it had already been shipped. However, I would have canceled the order altogether had I known I wasn't getting what I wanted. Petflow apologized and suggested I placed another order with my boyfriend's name on the Petflow account. I found that unprofessional as that will be a recurring error for many. If you are associated with the dog at your vet's office, that should be good enough to process a prescription. I thought maybe they'd offer me a promo code for something off my next order or something, but they did not. To top it all off, when the box of treats DID arrive, they were packed so poorly the box had opened and the treats were all broken into crumbs! It was by far the most disappointing pet website experience I have ever had.

I recently ordered a 15 lb of cat food that was $60. The site turned it into a bag of dog food & only after opening it did I make the discovery. I just expected it to be what I ordered. The mistake was blamed on me & absolutely no resolution in my favor, not even a return @ just 1/2 price. Even though it was supposed to save me $10, it cost me $60. I will not buy from them again & will go back to Chewy.com where they take care of their customers & their website is easily maneuvered.

This was going to be my first order. 3 cases of cat food. 2 flavors. Good price. I needed it in a week. A few business days after my order I got an email saying they were out of stock for some part of the order. Instead of doing a partial shipment, the order was canceled. I ended up ordering from Pet Food Direct, which cost a bit more, but the package arrived a few hours after I finished the last can in the house.

A few months ago I ordered bully sticks and trachea treats.....couldn't pass up the deal. Anyway, I was a little appalled by the way they arrived. Literally just thrown in a cardboard box. I thought that was a little odd....they are unprotected from any moisture or elements or bugs that may get into the package. So I shrugged my shoulders and forgot about it. Weeks later I order another shipment of bully sticks and trachea.....and they arrived the same way....just thrown in a cardboard box BUT this time they were infested with ants! Sad part is that I did not notice that right away (the ants were inside the box) and I brought the box in my house! To my dismay.....as I opened the box and was greeted by movement I screeched. I threw the box and contents outside and immediately called the customer service # The gentleman was very understanding and noted all my concerns (though I thought). He told me that he would put my statement in the feedback and make note of the request of the handling on a new shipment of my identical order . Good I thought.....until I received another shipment with THE ITEMS JUST THROWN IN THE CARDBOARD BOX! AGAIN!! I am a veterinarian and have a lot of clients....I will never recommend this company!
