I ordered food from you once.. The use by date was close to the expiration date. So you lost a customer.

Thhe bully sticks were not of the quality We are used to. Our vry small dogs were able to devour these sticks in short order therefore they were not able to meet the dogs need for teeth cleaning and chewing.

I have two big dogs that love to eat. I found PetFlow online and thought the price was terrific. Little did I know that they don't honor there discounts. I ended up paying more than I expected. I won't buy it through them again.

I spent almost $90.00 at this site and my dogs didn't like 3 items. I called the company and they told me since the packages were open they wouldn't return any of it.

I thought the 12 inch braided bully sticks I ordered were a good deal 30 of them for $94 very disappointed when I got them they lasted my dogs about one minute so they're not what I expected I thought they would be a rawhide chew that they could chew on for the whole day I will probably never order from Petflow again. Very disappointed in the $94 I spent

If I could I would give them zero stars…. It took them almost two weeks to ship my order, and while waiting I did not get any updates whatsoever regarding the status of my order… I ended up going to the store and buying my dog prescription food directly from them. I tried to cancel my order and they didn’t do it.. not using this ever again.

Flyer I got in mail says Free Shipping in FOUR Places!! Also 15% Off!! Not True! Little Star in sub-readable print on back side says after $49 and nowhere does it say you have to order a certain amount to get 15% discount! This is an insult and you should refund my Money! Where is the Trust? regards,

ordered from sight bill i autherize was 114.00 dollars when i got proceeded bill it was 132.00 dollars. question bill they said my promo never went thru and thats my problem your system dropped the ball and i had to 20.00 more for food i can get local for less. your site sucks and i will be relaying my experience to anyone who will listen.feeling ripe off shane sullivan
