I wasted way toooo much time trying to order from here. I was sent a refer a friend coupon for $10 off any order, then also given a free shipping code on Facebook. I tried to order online and it kept saying the $10 was applied to my order but it never took it off. I called thinking maybe I could not use both coupons. They said I could so I gave all my order info and payment info and then, after they wasted more of my time said I had to have a $50 order to use the $10 even though the email did not say that. I told them to cancel my order and have a manager call me. A manager never contacted me. Now I am being asked how I like the specific things I ordered. I have not gotten anything. They are very confused. They need better communication and better training of their employees.

I ordered 3 bags of cat food which they claimed they had in stock. The next day I received an email informing me that one of the bags was backordered. The order was split into two orders...2 bags on order and 1 bag on backorder. I was fine with this. After a week went by with no word, I checked the order status online and the only order on there anymore was the backordered bag. Earlier in the week, all indications online were that two bags were on order and one was backordered. I then called them and the person helping me couldn't figure anything out. Not helpful at all. It took 4 times of telling her that in fact I ordered 3 bags of cat food before she finally found the other order. The first three times she insisted I was wrong. Anyhow, it turns out that they cancelled the order for the two bags and didn't bother to let me know via email, phone, smoke signals, ritual chants, or otherwise. Good thing I didn't wait until the last minute to order more food or my cats would have been pretty hungry. Don't waste your time on this place. Apparently they don't actually have the food in stock. They also don't seem to care whether or not you know when they just cancel your order out of the blue. Heaven help you if you call their customer service. After finally finding the error, the customer service girl tried to sell me on a different food. No apology, kiss mine, or anything. This place was like buying from a crack dealer who is out of crack. Just as shady.

i PLACED A 60.00 ORDER LAST WEEK AND WAS VERY EXCITED IN ANTICIPATION OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST IN THE VERY CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS. THE PIG EARS WERE TRANSPARENT, THE BULLY STICKS WERE VERY THIN, ETC. EVEN AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE YOU OFFER THIS WAS STILL A RIPOFF! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE ISSUE AND GOT NOWHERE. I HAVE ORDERED FROM CHEWY.COM AND PETFOODDIRECT.COM AND THE PRODUCTS ARE SO MUCH BETTER. I WILL NEVER USE PETFLO AGAIN AND AM PASSING ALONG THE WORD ON HOW POOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE.

Label w/content details is stuck to outside front of box. Item I purchased was a birthday gift for person living in same household who found the delivered box sitting on doorstep when they came home..... no surprise w/the blatant labeling. Upon lodging a complaint I was told the company was paperless so that's the way they do business. Great, won't be buying anything from them again. Rethink your business practice PetFlow!

ordered cat litter got dog food called and to to jennifer she said she knew the problem was in shipping dept and that she would get the proper product sent out and that we should get it the next day.that date was 6/8/14 still have not gotten the order

I ordered twice. The first I never received the order. The second time the bones were so small I couldn't give them to my dog because of choking

Dog food stinks (literally). Refused to exchange and got pretty snotty. Don't stand by what they sell. Would like to see them feed it to their dog!!!!

I ordered a maroon rug, and got cream colored rug. Big hassle to send it back. Won't order again
