The only problem I have with merchadise,is My shirt Has a large faded spot on nose of dog.That was the 2xx, wife's shirt was perfect.

I recently had to purchase different dog food as my pet was not eating good...in the meantime I recieved another order from PetFlow upon contacting them as to what to do with this shipment it has been four days and I have still heard nothing...today they sent me this survey...and no answer to my problem...so this is my opinion...during my business with petflow...I found it difficult to change orders because in doing so, you cancel out your next order and need to wait for the one after that...I was always running out of food, and had to go to the store which is quite a distance from my house...that's why I went to petflow, however, sometimes it was a convenience and sometimes it was a hassle...

I was able to find the exact pet food that our vet recommended, however, your website failed when it came to asking me how often I wanted to automatically have the food shipped. It seemed to have a glitch and so I had to e-mail customer service to be sure that my order was only for one shipment, not multiple. Other than that, the food is exactly what the vet ordered for our dog. Don't know how long he'll need to be on this type which is why we didn't want multiple shipments.

I received my first shipment 3 months ago and my first recurring last week. It came on time, but half was missing. I then got an email saying I wouldn't get it but I would get my money back. Kind of disappointing but I guess they handled it well.

Good Morning, I have to say that I'm quite disappointed in your shipping method. I ordered a shirt on the 18th. It didn't arrive in Colorado Springs until yesterday, and now for some reason, it was turned over to the Post Office to deliver. What the heck?? So now its appears it's going to be ANOTHER 1 to 2 days before I get the shirt. If you have simply used the Post Office directly, it probably would've been here days ago. I was planning on ordering another shirt, but if this is the way it's going to be, then I'm sorry, I won't be doing business with you anymore. Sincerely, Rory

My order came complete and with correct items. However, I had requested it to be shipped in a week and they sent it the next day.

After shopping around, I found the dog food I wanted at a great price and was excited to find that delivery time was 2-3 days, just like all the other online pet food companies. Similarities stopped there. On two occasions, delivery took at least 5 business days from date of order (with my pets food out there in 100 degree plus heat) to arrival and I live in the middle of the U.S. When Petflow says it shipped and FedEx's system of product receipt do not reflect the same date, so I'm going back to one of the other companies that gets me my pets food in 2-3 days as advertised.

I placed my order on a Monday with an original expected receive date of Thursday. The package arrived Saturday. The cat food bag was open and the entire box was full of kibble.
