I unsubscribed from your emails a three times already and still you harass me with emails. Leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order over the phone. I then realized that I ordered too much, so I called back and changed it. Unfortunately, I received the original amount. Am very upset about it as it is lots of $$$$$. Probably will NEVER order from them again.

I have contacted customer service via email a couple times, they have been friendly but not helpful. When ordering prescription medications time can be critical. I have not been contacted with any issues regarding my order.

i had placed the items in my cart and the financial information would not go through. i waited came back the next day there was a message saying the items were removed from my cart because they were sold out. I had to wait almost a month for them to get the item in stock. I had filled out information for autoship so i could gey free shipping. Shipping was not free. When i contacted petflow i got an email telling me they would only give me free shipping if i doubled my order. Prices were good however customer service was poor. I would buy from a competitor if they had similar pricing. I would even consider paying a little more.

We ordered our usual blue buffalo dog food for a much better deal on this website, but after two servings of the food our dog became sick. Our vet told us the food had been tainted. Sure enough we tried once more later in the week, after our digg had recovered and he got sick all over again. We replaced this bag of food with a new bag, same brand and flavor, from petco and he is fine, no diarreah. Apparently this site had such a great deal on the food because there was something wrong with it?

The first bag didn't do any good but thought I would give it a chance and try again, the second bag nothing.

I ORDERED FOR MY ONW PETS, GOT THE PRODUCTS, GREAT, ORDERED TO MY FRIEND LEO, A DOG NOT DOING WELL, AND BECAUSE IT WAS A PO BOX THEY WOULDN'T DELIVER. THAT SAID, AMAZON DELIVERS EVERYWHERE TO ANYONE, PO BOX OR NOT ...SO I NOW SENT MY ORDER TO MY FRIEND LEO FROM AZAZON, TYVM ....
