Placed an order with you, recieved a confirmation. few days later you told me that part of my order was unavailable. You did not tel me what I was not getting,not what you shipped. Tough to know what you were getting or when it would arrive. I then I discover that all the other providers had product. Were you honest with me or covering your own blunder by a half truth? Concerns me about the way you choose to operate and if I should place orders in future with you.

I ordered a shirt, and the first one that arrived was not only the wrong dog on the front, but also the wrong size. Upon contacting pet-flow, they immediately took care of the issue. When I got the shirt I ordered, it was correct..but I had ordered a medium..and the medium was SO BIG! I wish they would have women's sizes apart from the mens. Oh well..I guess I can always use the shirt for bed.

Probably won't order again based on the long time it took to receive my order. It was delivered much later then promised.

In every delivery, the cases are damages, as well as several cans. It appears the packages are being handled with little concern.

It was nice to have a heavy bag of dog food delivered right to my door. It was so convenient. The draw back was that I paid the same price I pay at the store for a larger bag, so ultimately, I paid for the luxury of not going to the store. If I was home bound, I would definitely continue using this service, but since I'm not, I'll continue to do my own shopping, since I try to use my money and time wisely.

The product selection and ease of using the site is outstanding. My first delievery was received in terrible condition. I realize that Fedex is the shipper, but PetFlow.com should take some responsibility. The shippment was left out in the pouring rain and the box was completely destroyed. All of the boxes inside the package were soaked and destroyed as well. It was a complete mess and really left me wondering if I should order again.

I ordered a large bag of dry dog food and a case of canned dog food. The order arrived in an amazingly prompt manner, yet a number of the cans were dented with some of the dented ones so severely damaged they were slightly open and somewhat moldy. I will be contacting the company to report the damaged goods.

We have been with PetFlow for quite a while, and have usually been satisfied. On a few occasions, items have been left out of our shipment. To their credit, our account was credited once they were informed, but it was still annoying. I'm also concerned that we have quite a few canned items arrive dented up. So far, I've only had to throw away one can (bulging lid and obviously contaminated), but it's obvious to me that these cases are being thrown around *somewhere*. The shipping boxes arrive in good condition, so I really think it's a problem in the PetFlow warehouse.
