I gave Petflow one star because while their products were good their custormer services wasn't. I ordered $56.97 worth of items and got free shipping. I had found an online coupon WOW30 that took off $12, making the total $49.92. When I put in my payment info I was offered another $12 off if I would sign up for auto ship. The message showed me that the total would be $37.92 I didn't know on what schedule I would be needing things so I decline and paid. Imagine my surprise when my receipt showed I had just paid $56.97. I called customer service and was told that the WOW30 coupon was for auto ship and that I wouldn't have been offered a second discount. He even showed me on-line by filling up the cart with the things I bought, putting in the WOW30 coupon how it said auto ship next to the $12 discount. Only when I did it the first time that's not what happened. I decided not to cancel my order because I need the things I bought and I can't get out to a store right now, but I don't like to be treated as if I were lying, much less little surprises after I've paid. At first I thought the auto ship would be a great idea once I'd figured out my schedule ,but now I don't expect to buy from Petflow again and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.

I ordered a prescription medicine for my cat because there was a very good sale price. When my vet's office mistakenly denied the faxed prescription request, the order was cancelled without any chance for me to respond and fix the mistaken communication. I understand cancelling the order, but it seems like any company that wants to keep their customers would allow me to replace the order at the sale price, once the communication error was fixed. Once I found this PetFlow, I thought I would be using them frequently, but after experiencing such bad customer service. I will look elsewhere for my online pet needs.

I live in a city and Petflow uses Fed Ex for delivery. Fed Ex was HORRIBLE regarding delivery and when I got PetFlow and Fed Ex on the line - no one would address my problem in an reasonable manner to receive the package. I had to cancel the order, and ask that it be returned to sender and yet they still want to charge me $9.99 for the non-shipment by Fed Ex. I will never use either company again.

Doctor's RX on file but they would not ship order because I didn't sign up for automatic shipments. this means a new Rx for every time you order. Will never order from them again. Amazing how they automatically came up with my name, address and credit card - but no record of a previous prescription.

I bought cat toys along with many other items and when the package arrived, no packing slip enclosed, just something on the front address label area. After I had opened the package and started throwing away other junk mail, etc..noticed that I only had 2 toys. checked the label, because no packing slip and saw I ordered 3 toys and paid for 3 toys. I then in a panic starting looking thru my trash barrels, around the counters..etc and did not find the toy. Then had to go to the website to find out which one I didn't receive. It was not specific on label, just item numbers. So I put in the item # and it kept coming back item NOT FOUND. Now I had to call the company while my friend who came to pick me up had to wait. I kept telling the person I only got 2 out of 3 toys. Finally he says "because that item was discontinued" I asked why did they NOT tell when when I ordered or even on the label..it indicated it was shipped and they TOOK MY MONEY...no refund...If I didn't take that extra step and call, that company would have kept my money and said NOTHING...as it was he wanted me to have store credit..I said NO..not dealing with them again..just send me another toy like I already got...I didn't have time to go thru the site..he just kept saying it's discontinued..Finally I lost my patience and said in a loud voice..send one of the ones you have that you already sent, you had those in stock..I lost my patience and will not deal with them again..Like I said they would have kept my money and not have told me the toy was discontinued ...great way to retain customers!

ordered cat liter,account was charged, 10 days later, an email-not delievering.account credited supposedly.not good service to me.

I ordered a medium and a large Doberman t-shirt and got 2 extra larges. There is no way that I ordered 2 extra larges as gifts. Now they say I have to pay the shipping to return them. Not happy!
