PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I have always known that Petflow has great prices on bully sticks but a recent visit to my local "discount" pet shop made a true believer out of me. I was absolutely astounded at the prices, over $5.00 for a six inch stick! The two pack of twelve inch was well out of my price range. Almost everything about Petflow is perfect, great prices, good or free delivery charges and really fast shipping. The only thing I have a problem with is the automatic shipping. My dog no longer cares for the food I have auto shipped and it seemed the best I could do was to have it postponed for three months. The company would not cancel my auto ship. When I went online and tried to do it myself I could only postpone again, I could not cancel it. That's my only complaint with an otherwise great company.

This rug works pretty well at the doors to HELP with catching dirt and wet feet prints from the dog. The rug is kinda floppy and I have to keep straightening it out. When the dog runs over the rug it gets skewed about and with my OCD drives me nuts and I have to straighten it out. I wish it was more solid and stable as a regular rug. I like the paw print on it as it lets folks know I have a dog when they come to the door.

Among other things, I ordered catnip. It came in a plastic bucket which broke and spilled everywhere inside the box. Just a quick phone call and they sent me another right away. Also, they were out of one item I ordered but promptly issued a credit to my card. Prices were very competitive with other companies.

I have had a good experience dealing with PetFlow.

The items were delivered very quickly. I bought the bully sticks which I thought would last my dogs for awhile but them both finished in under 15 minutes.

Easier than going to the pet store and the cost is comparable. Plus, with already being online, its easy to look up reviews for dog food (which is what I use petflow.com to buy) to make sure there haven't been any recalls or dogs getting sick from a particular brand. It would be even better if petflow added a review button that would show all the recent reviews instead of copypasta google.

Pretty good service

The products we received are fabulous. Our white German shepherd loves them. I did have a concern that my order did not ship for about 5 days so I emailed them. they responded promptly and my order arrived two days later. I will use Petflow again
