PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Lilly the Cat loves EVO 95 Duck food. However, we thought we were buy the large 13oz can and were disappointed that they were the small 5oz cans. The ad - I am sure- indicated the larger size, which is all I ever buy. So, yes, I was glad the order arrived, but I was disappointed in the size of the tins and ultimately, the price of the tins. I found the larger tins at my local, flower shop/seed shop/pet shop selling the larger 13 oz tins for $2.50 each! Hard to beat those prices. Delivery was prompt. That's about all I can say. The staff was very nice.

I was given the web address to get $12.00 off my first order. I connected and placed my order by was denyed the $12.00 because I would not go Auromatic Delivery. Whether my 3 dogs like, love or otherwise isn't even part of it. The company should have given me the The Discount without restrictions.

The tag was very bright liked how it allowed you to see my pet. The battery did not last long. I put one one my cat and it was too big on him.

I would think in this day and age I would be able to search the website for food just for cats, and then narrow it to either dry or wet food. Petflow.com does not have this option leaving your only options for searching is by Manufacturer Name- totally inefficient and extremely time consuming. Pricing is comparable with PetfoodDirect or PetSmart but without the benefits of a decent website nor rewards points.

I ordered LED lights from Petflow-- great product and will be very helpful. I probably won't be ordering again due to how long it took to have shipped. I actually watched it travel across the country via Fed Ex with the tracking system until it got to my city, then it was put in the regular mail.

Good variety of brands. Convenient to use. Most of my shipments have been damaged. Just got my first undamaged shipment. Usually most of the cans are dented. Overall good value though

After waiting 10 days for my dog harness/collars, they finally arrived - but were delivered to the wrong house. I had to track them down. As I was trying them on my dogs, one of the collars broke - and there is no return information. Not sure I will be shopping at PetFlow again any time soon.

The large bag of dog food was shipped with one piece of tape on top and bottom of box; it needed much more taping. The inside bag was half hanging out and the seam undone. It wassn't UPS's fault; it just needed better packaging.
