Only second time I've ordered, but I think I'm hooked!

Bought the rug, washed it first dried it outside in the sun. So far so good. I have 3 dogs so we shall see if it works like it says.

The mats are good. My only complaint is that they are not cut square. It looks like my 8 year old cut them. My only hope is they work when the mud and snow come.

I can place an order with PetFlow.com and receive the shipment within a few days. The prices and selections are fairly good. Shipping cost deals are great!

I get what I want at this site. My only objection is that they suggest a different address! Why on earth would they do this? They want to shorten my "Court" to "Ct" which may sound reasonable except for the fact that I've learned over the years that the various deliverey drivers often don't know what Ct is and deliver the package to road, avenue, or whatever else they can find!

I ordered a case of canned dog food (venison and sweet potato) and a roll of food (beef and veggy) as well. My dogs love both. My only complaint is that there were three dented cans of food and one can had dried food all over it. Since it was still plastic wrapped, I'm assuming the food was on there at the time of packing and came from another can that had exploded. I would not have purchased dented or food-covered cans in a store, although they are are not spoiled. Otherwise, I like the lower cost and convenience of home delivery.
