I like Petflow, but when i attempt to find my previous dog food in the size i originally bought, it doesn't exist! So, i then have to downgrade to a smaller bag which translates into more shipments or a higher price for the smaller bag etc. I some cases the brand variety was no longer available. These are major brands. Once your purchase it for future auto shipments, it should be guaranteed to arrive. Luckily my dogs are accustomed to a variety of dog food brands so was able to find something else they would eat. Yes, the price was more! thanks Mark

I get way too many emails and they are all written like essays tl:dr. All the "limited time", first 100 customers stuff reeks of desperate infomercialism.

The website makes it difficult to make a 1x purchase, which feels like you even think you have an inferior system so you have to almost force the automatic purchases. Time from purchase to receipt of product is long. The Pulsar products that you claim to be excellent are garbage ingredients. I don't trust a company that pushes crap to be fed to animals who rely on humans to feed them food that will help them be healthy and feel good. It's OK to sell it, but not push it. I MUCH prefer the system at PetFood.com. They don't push crappy food. They actually trust ME to decide to feed my pets healthy food. They make it easy to make a 1x purchase; offer discounts for automatic purchases; offer discounts on next purchase (even if 1x purchase); AND product always arrives in 3-4 days - even though the website says 5-8 business days).

Part of why Petflow is great in theory is its ability to send heavy, bulky pet food and litter to my door. I am willing to pay for the expense of premium pricing as long as the stuff is delivered to my actual door, and not to the mailroom. Because the point is not having to actually haul this stuff all the way upstairs myself. Petflow uses FedEx, who has been absolutely awful. They refuse to deliver to my door, and Petflow's packaging has gotten destroyed by FedEx several times, and FedEx has turned around and returned the items without ANYONE letting me know what happened. Petflow accepted the return without letting me know. And what I needed was cat litter, so this absence of a regular shipment means dire consequences for my kitties, who do NOT like a dirty toilet. I think Petflow is better in theory than in practice. I will probably cancel because I'm so frustrated with the lack of accountability in getting my stuff to me as promised.

When I receive my pet food order through the mail, most of the canned food are damaged. I have to throw most of the cans away because they are mostly damage through the mailing procedures. This is unacceptable! I always order 4 cases of canned food, by the time I receive them, I have to destroy almost 2 cases because the cans are either bent really bad or halfway opene from being thrown or stepped on. You either need to write "FRAGILE" on the box or make changes through your mailing system.

The product was received very fast but the web site need to be explained about the discount.. It does not state you have to have a recurring order to get the discount. Other than that I would most likely order again from the site. Product was still less that at the other local store I buy it from. So it does get a thumbs up..

I ordered cat food and requested a delayed shipment of one week. The next day I received a message saying my order had been processed and was shipped. Good thing I wasn't out of town.

My first order was an ok experience. My order arrived a day late from the estimated arrival time. The box was all beaten up, torn, and in really bad shape.
