The collars were not very bright, I was kind of disappointed with that and 2 out of the 3 lights I purchased for on the collar didn't work, but the one that did was nice and bright.

I have a Yorkie/poo and he will not eat it yet only had it a week but my cat absolutely loves it!

The prices are great on the shirts:) buy 3 get 12.00 off! Love that! However, the shirts r a lot bigger than I imagined & the pit bull shirt does not actually look like a pit bull. Very prompt with the orders:)--fast & speedy delivery & free shipping:) Customer service never got back with me on a question as they said they would, & was dissappointed about that:( This is why I rate a three instead of a five star.

The products were fine, I just don't understand why on earth it would take 8 days to ship a package from New Jersey to Pennsylvania!

I was excited about being able to get delivery of Muffy's prescription food delivered to my door so I would not have to make the 45 minute drive to the vet or pet food store, but I was disappointed. It took 2 weeks, a phone call and an email until I received my order which was supposed to take 2-5 days. I tried out Petflow, but I am reluctant to order again.

The food we purchase is already very expensive (Orijen), and the first time buyer discount was great, but there is another online shop that sells it for less on an ongoing basis. Also, Petflow.com's order processing took too long, and I had to spend more money buying a smalle bag of the food at the full price in a local retail store. We're going back to Mr. Chewy.

It took a long time to get my flashing led pet tags. I purchased 3 of them and can only get ONE to work. The battery is dead in one and the other light goes out if you touch it. They work great to keep up with your pet, but should not come broken,or in need of battery!

When I made the order, the website said 2-3 days for shipment. It took 6. Still, the price was good. Thank you.
