I like petflow to help me get my pets products in bulk by mail since I am busy at work and don't have a car. It has been hard for me to get the most out of the "programs" where you get products regularly. I'm still trying to gauge how much of the different things I need and how to combine them in programs. Also, it makes it kind of a pain to change your mind and switch products. But the overall service is very useful to me, so I'm going to keep using it.

It took almost 2 weeks to get my dog food shipment. I'll know for next time to order way ahead of time.

It is always scary ordering from a new web site, especially one without a brick and mortar store. But the reviews seemed favorable, so I held my breath and took the plunge. The site was easy to use, the prices were good, and the shipping was fast. I only wish they had stuff for my bunny and my turtle.

I needed Stella and Chewy"s freeze-dried dinner for my dog, and we were going out of town in a week after I placed the order. I was assured that the package would arrive before we left town, but there was a delay in the shipment. I had to make a separate trip to a pet supply store to get some more of that dog food, which was an inconvenience to me. I do like your prices and the quality of treats and food you carry, at a lower price than my regular pet supply store! Also like not having to pay sales tax or shipping fees!

I ordered Iams salmon filet canned cat food from here. Cause no pet stores carry them. My cat is so picky. He won't eat any other brands. I would so recommend this site to everyone.

Very pleased with the product. Quick delivery. Would of liked to have a catalog come with the product for future ordering.

I was happy about paying relatively less price for dog food and got almost 2 months worth of supply for my 2 labs. I also ordered 2 large antlers for them, however, when I got them it was a disappointment. The label said they are large but it is actually a medium. I also ordered 4 bison ribs for my dogs which was a good deal- right price, good size and had plenty of meat on them. I will come back again for shopping dog food.
