I have been odering food from you which has been coming out of New Jersey. I recently placed an order and apparently you switched your warehouse to Nevada. A delivery that takes normally a day or two at the most took almost a week. Five dogs with very little food left. All of them have sensitive stomachs. Your companies lack of communication has been a problem for me before. i just can't trust you--you are unreliable for shipping orders. I will order direct from the manufacturer from now on.

I bought a variety of things for my two dogs and cat. I read about the owners' bio and was impressed until my order arrived. The packaging was horrible. A case of canned dog food was put in a box with all kinds of treats that got crushed into powder form! The 13 bull sticks that I ordered came unwrapped and all over the box. I counted 12 normal bully sticks and one that looked like a 6 inch toothpick. Whoever packaged this really counted that thing as a quantity of ONE? I called to let customer service know and "Kitty" sounded like she didn't care and told me that everyone raves about their packaging. I told her that I can send a picture of the "toothpick" bully stick but she didn't seem to care. I will not be buying anything else from Petflow or referring any of my friends, sorry. There are so many company's to choose from you and you struck out with packaging and then again with customer service.

After I placed my order for discounted food,it has been canceled immediately like "food is not available anymore", what of course wasn't honest answer. I checked with manufacturer. I am not buying anymore from you.

Petflow doesn't give a crap about your dog. The web store's sole concern is making a buck. They're millions deep with investors. Eventually they'll sell out and get the hell out.

I tried to place an order twice and it didnt go through. I think it might be a scam

I ordered some canned cat food from Petflow. The promised delivery date came and went and when I called the delivery provider they stated they had attempted delivery, which was a lie, because I was home when they claimed to have attempted delivery. After having revieved the cat food, my cat threw up the food and now will not touch it. Will not eat a bite. I called Petflow and they refused to refund my money.

I have just received my mats. No way to review something I have had for less than two weeks. Please send surveys based on product and time to have product in order to review.

I placed an order for a prescription food that my cat needs. When PetFlow contacted my vet to get the prescription, the vet tech denied it saying I needed to get it in person. Instead to giving me the time to do so, PetFlow decided to just cancel my order and I lost my discount (it was on sale). I'm extremely disappointed about this purchase and vendor.
