I've had a pretty great experience overall with the company. Fast shipping, great shipping packaging and great customer service the few times there has been a hiccup with my order. My only complaint is I feel like some of the promo codes are a little sneaky when it comes to requiring you to sign up for autoship. I've had a few cases where that information was not very apparent and I didn't understand why my order didn't get to use the code. Other than that -- its a great place.

I just signed up for the auto-delivery of Halo dog food and what a convenience it will be! I also can order it in 10 pound bags that is not available in our pet stores. I am involved with Yorkie rescue and I go through food quickly, not only for my five yorkies but for the fosters that pass through.

I generally have no issues with Petflow however, this time I did not receive exactly what I ordered. As such, my picky daschund is turning her nose up at her dog food and I am forced to purchase another bag at Petsmart. Money thrown away. Other than this incident, I have nothing negative to say.

I found PetFlow.com because the Iams biscuits that my dog LOVES have apparently been discontinued. I initially had a 20 lb box in my shopping cart but when I went to check out and got the "double down" offer (I think that's whats it called) and was able to save % and get free shipping, I wound up with 40 lbs of biscuits. Needless to say, Callie was a very happy girl when the order arrived! The only thing I couldn't understand is why I had to pay sales tax (live in NJ.) I went in to the FAQ's but it didn't explain why; it just stated that I had to.

I could not beat their price anywhere. The box was a little beat up and not as sturdy as I would have liked . I would recommend petflow to anyone trying to beat in store prices!

I was given an arrival date abt 7-10 days aft I placed the order which was a little long for me and was grateful when received within 3-4 days. Online shopping was easy. Customer follow-up call would explain the pre-order shipping details that are made to match your needs, which is nice. If not in a pinch for dog food I would order from PetFlow again. I wish they had a better arrival date as some companies have and because of this fact I give them a 4 out of 5 stars.

I like this company, I can tell they are trying hard to please. I ordered two boxes of Greenies. I received one box a few days later and the box it was in was big enough for both. So I was confused. About a week or so later I received the second box, again big enough for both boxes. After asking they had in stock one of the sizes and decided to ship that right away. I understand their thinking, I would have preferred an email asking my preference. Maybe that's not possible with so many orders. I hate to see paper wasted. I will order again from them, I do feel they care.
