Recently, they sent me the wrong thing and they credited my account on the spot and told me to donate the incorrect item. Not happy about the fact that I have to put in my pet and vet information every time I buy something because it's a prescription diet item that I buy every time. They store my other information, don't understand why they don't store that as well.

Loved the fact that when I use my Bank of America card I get cash back. Very easy to order and delivered promptly. The only con was they didn't have all the brands for food that my cats eat.

It seems as though sometimes when I order that the Free Shipping is applied to $39 & over, & other times it's free shipping at $49 & over? That gets confusing? But, the boxes you pack your litter in, are Much Better than Amazon's boxes! Yours manage to make it to my doorstep w/o damage! Every one of Amazon's comes smashed, or ripped open!! That's important to me!!
