I ordered a case of dog food on the phone and after a little over a week, I still did not have it. I called and found out that the guy who took the order did not ask about my vet, and this was required because of the prescription of the dog food. He never called back to get that information. I did not think to provide it because this was my second order for the same food, so I thought the information was stored in my file. Had I not called, the order would have remained unfilled. Sloppy.

The products I purchased were competitively priced but placing my kitty crunchies and two 25lbs. boxes of kitty litter in the same box was less than stellar. My kitty crunchies were more like kitty crumbs.

To my surprise, a box was delivered from you to my place couple of days ago which was never ordered even since we do not have the cat anymore. I had a couple of orders in the past and was very satisified with the service and quality of food. Please forward my feedback to customer service that how I am going to handle this order. I did not get my credit card statement yet which could have been charged. Please reverse the charge in that case and let me know how to return this box or give away to charity. I do have a couple of complaints. Those are actually important enough to me, that I'm considering discontinuing my use of the service: 1) The service is definitely geared toward big dogs. Several times I have tried to identify any non-food items I could get for my two under 15lbs dogs, and unfortunately I couldn't find much. I'm pertty sure that dogs under 30lbs make up majority of the dog population in this country. So, there is definitely an untapped potential there. 2) Although the prices are competitive with locally available per supply shops, the fact that I have to purchase 12 cans of the same flavored item doesn't really work for me. I have one dog who quickly tires of eating the same tasting food daily, and he will actually go on a hunger strike, if I don't do something. I wish there was a better way to mix and match the flavors. Even simply getting 6 cans in a pack instead of the 12 would be helpful. Other than that, the service is a good service and the company seems like an honest one.

This is my first experience using your service. My billing address (which is my husband's office) is different from my home address.....with that being said.......the 31lb bag of dog food was delivered to the billing address instead of my residence. Customer service was very helpful and friendly, She said she would change that so next month's shipment would arrive at my home. I just went on line to verify this was done as requested only to discover that the billing address was now identical to my home address! (sigh) I have corrected this to reflect two different addresses, had I not caught this, I suspect that my credit card would have been denied & the October shipment delayed. But no worries.....disaster avoided!

I usually use Wag.com because they offer free overnight shipping, but recently I had to switch my dogs food and Wag doesn't offer the new brand so I went looking for a new delivery service. I stumbled upon Pet Flow and was happy to find that they offer the brand I was looking for. I ordered the food on Aug 30 and they said it'd ship on the 31st. I was happy. But it didn't ship until a week later taking two weeks for the first half of the order and another couple days for the second half. Maybe I'm spoiled by Wag.com but I wasn't super happy with how long it took to get the food. Plus, the site isn't super user friendly so I think I'm going to go looking again.

I ordered 4 cases of canned dogs food. The amount of cans I received, from each case, that were damaged totalled 25 cans. They were not damaged in shipping, as the cardboard box they were shipped in, was not damaged at all. I do have to say that when I called customer service they were apologetic and did send me replaced cans, although they wouldn't break open a case. So I had to choose which flavor had the most damaged cans to replace. I'll think twice before ordering from them again.

The shirt was great but the package had no invoice or packing slip and I was not notified or updated on any shipping or tracking information.
