The product arrived very fast. It is to be a gift so I don't know how to works but it looks interesting. I purchased a pet rug that is suppose to keep the floors clean. My daughter has 2 dogs and I thing this will be great if it works as advertised. My only problem was I could' delete one of the orders I placed by mistake. My shopping cart was showing empty so I entered the item again and discovered I ordered 3 instead of 2 , but it wouldn't let me change the number. I had to send one back., but that process went very smoothly also.

My daughter rescued some kittens. So far I have not been able to place them so have a total of seven cats in my home. They are very sweet but they eat a lot . And poop a lot! I ordered litter and food so I would not have to go to Wal Mart. Unfortunately, my shipment was delayed until I ran out of cat food. I had to feed the cats tuna from my cupboard. The shipment finally arrived, but the cats are still looking for more tuna!

This is the third order I have placed and had numerous dented and smashed cans of food. The box it came in was not smashed so it was something done in your warehouse. I have had to throw away a number of cans and this is getting expensive. I don't know if I will continue ordering from you.

There is nowhere in town I can buy the brand of food I feed my two dogs. I have to drive to the neighboring town with a pet store to purchase the dog food I need. Why would I drive 25 miles to get the brand of dog food I use when I can have it delivered right to my doorstep? This will save me money and gas! My only caution... I used a utility knife to open the boxes the dog food came in. Be careful, as I cut a strip in the side of the food bag as well. I'll be more careful next time!

I saw the pet rug/doormat on Facebook, and it got my attention because my dogs track in dirt on my carpet when they come through the doggie door, so it's a constant problem. I've been using bathroom throw rugs, which help somewhat. There was no problem with service and speed of shipping, but the rug/doormat I ordered was not as expected and not worth the price. The fabric of the rug is similar to a microfiber mop that I have, but rug doesn't have a non-slip backing that is adequate to hold it in place, so absorbency is a moot point. I do not recommend this product.

I was disappointed that the bag of food arrived with the seam split open and spilling out into the box it arrived in and the box was not completely sealed. Hopefully, a lot of the food did not spill out on the way here and it wasn't waiting for delivery for a while while the food went stale. The rugs arrived safely and are light enough that they will go through the wash nicely.
