My review is good as far as convenice I called and got my order shipped but the only problem I had was that the lady on the phone told me that my order would be at my house no later then two days I didn't get my order until 4 days later so if u guys at pet flow could fix that I would rate u hire as of right now I'll rate it at 2.5 change that and it will be a 5 oh and there's no way to track ur order because pet flow doesn't tell u who they used to ship it

you need to stream line your process if you want to compete with amazon-it takes way too long

I ordered 2 collars with LED lights, a blue one for my male dog and a pink one for my female dog. They are not made the same collars. It is very difficult to adjust the size to fit their necks. On the pink collar, the place to hook to the leash is in the middle of the collar, on the back side. If I were to hook a leash there, it would choke my poor dog. The lights seem to work well, which is why I ordered them. I will have to use them along with their regular collars when I'm walking them at night, which will not be comfortable for my babies.

Shipping took longer than my old online vendor. Order sat in Chi-town while a damaged bar code was figured out. One box was torn but the product survived.

I placed a one time order with hopes of making your company my regular supplier however, my test order was very disappointing. Although I had been charged for the complete order there were 2 cases of dog food missing. I called to report this. Your representative was very courteous and explained I should have received a email stating a stop order on the product and I had choice of refund or more product. I chose replacement product with assurance I would not be charged again. Although I was concerned that this error would not have been caught on your end, I was impressed with the professionalism of your representative. My further and final disappointment came when the replacement cases arrived. They had been improperly packed and 4 of the cans had brust open. I do believe you are a very good company to do busy with and my experience is not typical however I will not be placing further orders at this time.

I ordered one bag but somehow got two and it made no sense to me. As a result i was charged for shipping even though i paid for two large bags. Not real happy about that.

This all sounded really easy and could make my life less complicated. If they get the next order right, I'll be thrilled! I must say, customer service was very apologetic.

After my first purchase the price was more expensive that what I can buy elsewhere.
