Good deal and quick delivery. What is there to complain about? Nothing! My pets are real happy about the food also. They glow from the petflow.

I'm happy with this new pet rug, especially compared to one I purchased a few years ago which did NOTHING to alleviate the tracks, snow and dirt my dogs would bring in the house. This rug from Pet Flow was more expensive, but when I saw it recommended by people I knew on Facebook I decided to make the investment. It arrived less than a week after I ordered it and I put it on the screened-in back porch where my dogs come in. It has cut down on what they track in by some 85 percent; in fact I'd like to have my whole back porch carpeted in it! Then the dogs' track-ins to the house would be eliminated by 100 percent!

I have purchase 2 large size rugs. One brown and one red. My Sheltie dog loves them--forget about wiping your feet on them!! I find that the brown one has a lot more non-slip backing than the red one. I thought maybe the red one was of an older version. "We" do like both.I have not washed either one yet but expect the red to fade as it does on the slip proof material I have under it.

I became aware of the website from a coupon mailer that offered a 20% discount. While The website did not draw you to the area to apply the coupon or discount, when the 800 # was called and the customer service rep was notified, they promptly applied the discount. The process did not delay the order and the quality products were delivered in a timely manner.

I've tried other services, including Petflow 360 and using Amazon, but the Petflow system is the most streamlined. It's frustrating to add items to an order, if you are trying to go on autopilot, so it's easier to just place an individual order on a regular basis. Shipments arrive right away and are very reliable - so convenient if you don't live near a pet store (like me). Unfortunately, I had to stop using the service when they stopped carrying my brand. BRING BACK TASTE OF THE WILD FOR CATS AND DOGS - WET AND DRY. That would be great.

you have a good selection of pet products, with good prices on the food and excellent delivery. However, the biggest flaw/disappointment i can find in your site is that there are no reoccuring benefits to signing up for auto delivery. I have zero insentive to bot cancel the auto delivery I am scheduled for and not just buy the product again when I know I have the spare money in my account. Cancelling is easier to remember than changing the date of delivery. However, if there was even a small (or large) reoccuring discount for those who select to have their pet food delivered automatically, it not only ensures a larger guarantee of reoccurring payments to your company, but also rewards customers for being loyal to your site and giving you access to their finances.

I like the premium dog foods available from PetFlow.com, but absolutely love their bargain prices -- especially when items are on sale. The free shipping is very convenient, especially since I can schedule shipments for a specific date.
