I ordered canned cat food, but they sent dog. They made an erroneous substitution. I have a dog and a cat. Would have liked if they'd called or emailed first if unsure of customer order.

Everything's fine with the delivery system and deals that you offer. The problem for my last three deliveries has been that the 12.5 ounce canned food that I've purchased has arrived with bent bottoms, sides, or lids. They are packed in lots of a dozen, but somehow the packing isn't strong enough, so many cans are bent or otherwise damaged on arrival. Hopefully, this doesn't affect the contents, but it sure makes it difficult to open with a can opener that isn't a crow bar!

I have ordered pet food on here in the past and the experience was easy and fast. I ordered a t-shirt for a friend, which I needed delivered to a friends address. I originally got an email back saying my CC did not go through. This was impossible... really. So I emailed the helpdesk. They said they got the CC to go through with no issues. I got another email after saying that my CC was denied again and to update my information. I emailed the helpdesk again, and was told that there were no issues and it should be there next week. Well, at some point the shipping address was changed to my shipping address, so the package came to me... annoying, now I have to pay double shipping. Also, the fedex tracking number showed the package sat in NJ for about a week with no updated scan... This was a bad and confusing experience and ended up costing me more than ordering this from Amazon.

I received the 12 pack case of wellness cat food in good time, although half of the cans had dents in them. I am not satisfied to see thsis although none of the cans yet have leaked there is always that potential.

If these items are on sale at the pet store, it's cheaper to buy them there. The convenience of delivery is nice, but to me the price is more important. I can always find something on sale at the pet store. Also, we buy canned cat food from Petflow and it's annoying that it only comes in large boxes of a single flavor. Our cats are a bit picky, and if I order the wrong kind by accident (or they change their minds about it) they will barely touch it. This would be alright if I only bought one can of the wrong kind, but what am I supposed to do with 24 tins of food they hate?

I am somewhat happy, but when we receive our orders you should put in our receipt and what we ordered. Not good not to do that.

My friend sent me a package but it took longer than expected to arrive.

Bought my cat and dog food but changed brands. Wanted sorting options that included price point, age of dog/cat, etc. No such thing. Had to troll through ALL of the ones I was considering. WAY to long to find what I needed. I took the time, but may not a second try.
