It was a bit frustrating because my order didn't ship as soon as I thought it would. And then one item didn't ship with the other items and Pet Flow did not notify me this was happeing. Due to the delay, I had to feed one of my dogs a food that she was not used to eating. We all know that you are supposed to change a dog's diet slowly. I was a bit upset that the site didn't notify me of the shipping delay so that I could have made alternative plans to find the food elsewhere.

I love the idea of the service and the price is good - but the shipping takes a full week or more. So whatever number of weeks I select for frequency - it is really an additional week on top of that. Was waiting so long for last shipment and had run out of food several days before so I went on to amazon and found same price and no shipping there. I ordered out of desperation and received that order before the petflow order came.

We're sad to say we've found bugs in two of the large bags of dry cat food we received. We've had to throw out much of it. We haven't yet opened the third bag, and we're hoping the problem was limited to the other two bags. We'll be contacting PetFlow for a refund or a replacement tomorrow. Otherwise we've had a great experience ordering food for our three cats and one dog at Petflow.

You might be fast but using Fed-X is very slow I'm still waiting..

My order shipped without notice and when I recieved it I noted the one item that was the reason I placed the order for was not there. When I went online to check it was noted that it was out of stock. I would have liked to have been notified because I would not have wanted the other items. It just wasn't worth the five dollar shipping because the other two items were less than $5 combined.

I received an email offer that I responded to. I ordered the two items that were offered. Unfortunetaly only 1 item was available and I felt I should have been notified and given the chance to cancel or keep my order. I ended up paying more in shipping that the item was offered for. I would have thought it worth it had I received both items. I felt I should have had the option to cancel my order since the other item was not available.

Pricing a few $ less. Ads are based on ongoing deliveries. With shipping, price not that much different.

My dogs love the chicken treats.... Just wondering why it takes so long to get them when you FEDEX them out also why such a big box for just a few little treats??? I'm just saying you maybe pay more for the box than the treats..
