I would not recommend pet flow. I had several issues with them. For one, I had a prescription and although I admit that I selected the wrong product and put it in my basket, instead of them calling and saying this does not match your script they sent me the food! Second, one of the many times that I logged into their website someone else's information came up. I mean credit card address full name everything! If I wasn't an honest person I could have racked their card up! Third, it took several weeks to take care of the dog food issue problem. Ended up I was in the right, got a free bag of dog food and they sent me the correct one with a credit they gave me.

I ordered prescription cat food over 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I have a refill available from my vet. I do not understand what is taking so long. My cats need their prescription food.

I was thrilled with the rugs......not so much with the can of air that was supposed to curb or stop barking......my dogs....I have 5 that bark......all BARKED MORE!!!! It drove them batty......I had to scream to make them stop....needless to say....It's the worst $$ I've ever spent..... epic fail......

I ordered a bag of dog food and then thought that if I signed up for auto ship I would get free shipping. Not so! So I called to have it removed and just send bag regular. Did not happen. Got 2 bags and charged twice. PetFlow sent me a shipping label. Shipped it a week ago and have hear nothing from this company. I like the shipping service. It is the fastest I have found but if they mess up orders and then do not reply properly I just don't know.

This company doesn't know how to do business. I needed a prescription food and needed it to get to me reliably. They couldn't perform. There was always an excuse. They would tell me they had no RX on file from my vet when I knew my vet had talked to them or sent them the RX. They even said they talked to her and that I wasn't a client any more. Odd, because my sister is my vet. Stay away from this company - use any other one!

I got a couple of these the other day and they splintered very bad. It could pierce their stomachs or any of their insides. A chicken bone would be safer (not that I would give them those either) cause being a softer bone to grind up with their teeth. This lamb bone were in 3 and 4 inch splinters with very pointy ends. Never ordering those again. Petflow shouldn't even carry such an item, if they CARE what products are safe for our pets.

Ordered prescription food indicating I was mailing prescription. They tried calling vet and cancelled when couldn't get prescription (pets last name is different). Reconstituted order but then cancelled again before pharmacy able to fill once they received prescription. Made many calls to clear up - awful web interface and awful service. I will find another place.

From Pet Flow first telling me they had delivered my product and they hadn't, from their omission of part of my address from the shipping labels, from sending me a partial shipment that had a can from a supposed to be sealed case, from their unexplainably sending me part of my order from New Jersey and a week later part of my order from Nevada, from them trying to bill me twice, to my having to wait two (2) weeks for full delivery of my order, I'm glad it's over.
