Great prices and fast shipping

I really like Petflow and I am signed up with their auto-ship program. It is very convenient and their specials are great. The only thing I dislike is the difficulty in trying to cancel the auto-ship. There seems to be no way to cancel it, only decrease items. They make you call in to cancel. That just makes me very cranky! Everything should be able to be handled online.

I purchase bully sticks regularly for our two dogs who love the bully sticks. I also sometimes purchase dog food from the site. I like the autoship function which is handy for shipping items without having to reorder each time. I would recommend comparing prices for the same product on competing sites.

I really enjoy doing business with this online company! Their customer service is good, and the delivery is on time and right to your door! ( I have Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Burmese cat; they always need stuff!) Sometimes their website is a little slow, but I think that overall they are a good company, and I reccomend them if you need food, litter or other critter supplies.

The price is right.The service is quick,but you need to add a tracking system to website.

I really do love this site. Without it, my dog wouldn't have nearly as many higher end treats and chews as he would if I simply went to the pet store when I could afford it. The huge discounts allow me to purchase quality chews for my dog at a price I'm comfortable with. I've had three shipments from this website and 2/3 went perfect. I arrived to my apartment to find a massive box in front of my door- and my dog had food and treats for well over a month. This last shipment was sketchy though. I received 1 written door tag from Fed-Ex claiming it was their second attempt and I needed to sign the tag in order for them to leave the package at the door (which confused me because they always had just left it before). I signed the tag and put it on the door and waited all the next day and Fed-Ex never came. I sucked it up and finally left (I was headed to see my family in another state- bought my dog food at another store before we left)- I got a text from a friend in my complex that she received my package that day. In honesty, the people beside her received it and she intervened and took the huge box in. I almost lost about $90 worth of food and treats for my dog because Fed-Ex couldn't get the delivery request- or apartment- correct. And I'm pretty pissed off about that.

Easy to use website, quick delivery & no complaints!

I wish it was cheaper, but $1.54 per pound isn't to bad, with delivery and no taxes.
