I use Pet Fow for prescription dry dog food. I'm on the automatic delivery plan to get free shipping. This month I called to make sure I was all set to get my delivery. The very helpful Pet Fow person told me "no problem" which was good because we were running out. The day the delivery was due to arrive I got an email stating no delivery was coming because Pet Flow couldn't very the prescription with the vet. I immediately called, they were missing a number for the vet's phone number and assured me my delivery would only be delayed a couple of days. That afternoon I received the delivery I was told wasn't coming, I tried to cancel the delivery that was on its way after the verification but no luck. Now I have plenty of dog food! Not a fan of auto-delivery. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Either inadequate packing or was damaged before being packed.

Two orders came with the wrong product each time. Then you couldn't track my order. The braided bully sticks I ordered came twice with all broken peices that would make a dog choke. Each time you took care of problem, but these problems shouldn't happoen in the first place. I will no longer buy the 4-5 inch braided bully sticks from you. It is worth the extra money to buy good quality bully sticks at pet shop.

Blue Buffalo is the only food I get for my dog so I'm happy I was able to get a great competitive price on it. BUT I always have problems using FedEx and that's what you use, so it was frustrating have to lug a 30lb bag of dog food into my apartment. Will probably purchase from you again though~

I love the convenience and price, however, each time I order dog food the cans are dented. Sometimes the dents are very large, and other times the dents are small but near the bottom or the top of the can, which also isn't good. Petflow has been good about replacing the dented cans, but I don't feel good throwing away so much dog food. I would like to see something done to prevent this from happening. The last order had 15 dented cans out of 2 cases.

I purchased the pet lights, the little battery operated lights that hang from the collar. Thought it was a great idea. I ordered three. Funny, two of them had dead batteries--one never did turn on and the other turned on and right off. Glad I got three. Then shipping. Why on earth does PetFlow use that FedEx feature? My item, small package went from Chicago, (where I'm 3 hours away from) to Wisconsin, to Michigan, and finally to Indiana. USPS would have gotten it here in 2 days instead of over a week. PetFlow did ship the very next day, which made me very happy.

I was pleased with my initial order. However, visitation to your site a few months ago has led to undesired weekly email pitches from you as well as other pet-product vendors. This has alienated me from your service, and really raises questions as to your privacy policies, especially as repeated requests to remove me from these e-mailings has not stopped them from continuing. The only reason I finally ordered from you is due to poor stock availability at local storefronts.

Online service was great except for a problem with a coupon. I entered the coupon to get $10 off and free shipping and it said something like applied to my order but it wasn't showing. I emailed by clicking the email link and it came back. It was the weekend so I had to wait to call. I was told the coupon was only when you signed up to automatic reordering. That wasn't clear to me when I saw it online. It would have been nice to get that message when I used it rather than thinking it was applied to my order.
