This was my first time ordering from Petflow. On October 28, I ordered a 50lb bag of Versele-Laga Pigeon feed. At $29, it was the lowest price online. My order was shipped same day I ordered it from Nevada and arrived the next day(Friday). The Pigeon feed was placed in a rather, flimsy box. Upon opening the box, the bag of Pigeon feed was torn on the side and half the feed was spilled inside the box. Took photos of the damaged and contacted Petflow cs. So far, they haven't responded at all. Worst customer service ever.

Need to improve quality on nest boxes ( well designed) but very sloppy put together.. wood is warped Hinges missing or falling off Parts missing Over all I do like them Workmanship, pride just needs improvement

I was looking for a hills science diet wet cat food that has been difficult to get. Other companies are stating on their web site that the food is out of stock. Great, that way everyone knows. Your website did not show out of stock, so I presumed you had it. Then 10 days later, you canceled my order saying you didn't have stock. Please list you out of stock items. It will make all our lives easier and our pets.

Did not like having to go online to check delivery status, then finding out the prescription food order was cancelled. Then the guy I spoke to gave me the supply chain tires excuse. Wife ordered on petrx within 24 hours

Easy ordering, but PetFlow the product was actually out of stock when the website said in stock, and PetFlow never notified me it wasn't coming. I called customer service to see where it was and the guy was like, "Well, technology isn't perfect, oh well."

Problems with canned Fromm foods. Have contacted them directly on cans that were not edible. They acknowledged that it was a bad batch per their quality control but notified no one. Can exploded in last shipment. Fromm is also AWFUL to deal with and the quality control is none existent

part of my order was fine. the other part is why i went with you. it said i can order wet w/d hills cat food but you didnt have it in stock (JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) .everyone else had not in stock, but it looked like you had it.thats why i placed that order. then you send me an email days later saying that part of the order was cancelled cuz of not in stock.

Order came late. I had to go out and buy food at Pet Smart.
