I ordered prescription dog food 10/6/2014 pending charge on credit card sent prescription in still waiting 10/16/2014 called few times get woman operator she said it will be sent out immediately waited 4 days no email saying product was shipped, next called again gentleman said the order was canceled at warehouse he will call me next day let me know what happened next day 4:46pm still no call, called again waited 5 minutes for operator then my call went to answer machine said leave message company is not run right needed that dog food right away they should have told me it was sold out before I waited this long find another online pet supply store this one will only give you aggravation

Makes it impossible to cancel an order online. Traps you until you talk to a live employee to talk you out of it. But they never answer once you are put on hold. Uses outdated billing info. Many products back ordered...!!!

Couldn't complete payment, tried 3 different ways :(

I was told by rep. on phone that I would receive my dog food in 2 or the latest three days.What happened was it took 5 and a 1/2 days b/c it didn't get on truck till Saturday. I was very unhappy and had to run out to get food to feed my dogs in the meantime.This is exactly what I tried to prevent.The ridiculous part is that the warehouse is just about 20 mins. west of me and off I-195. I will not recommend your company as this was ridiculous and grossly unacceptable. I think maybe FED-Ex is your issue, because when I order elsewhere,UPS delivers on time and is on my street almost everyday.

The android experience was a disaster but once I got to a PC and entered all of my information a second time thats when the world fell apart. I had to call customer service but the number I dialed ended up being their pharmacy. The rep openly admitted that they had just launched their mobile app and encouraged me to start over again which I did. Keep in mind... the only reason I went through all of this trouble is because I have a ragdoll siamese that has to have royal canin urinary SO. First i was given a 12% new customer code with free shipping but it wouldn't work when I had to return to the site? They were supposed to call my vet to get the prescription approved and waited two days! Then I got an email that said my order had been processed and I would recieve my product in 4 days (approx.). I never got it. It gets worse.... so I called them back. By now my cat is out of surgery and has been home for two days with regular food. I asked them what I am supposed to do about food and their response was to just keep feeding him his regular food (that causes urethra crystals, and why he had surgery). So i asked where is the food I paid for... they said oh... didnt you get an email? Your vet declined it. I guess we didnt send youan email because he didnt give us a reason code? At this point my blood is boiling and the turmoil continues. They cant just give me a regund. They have to get "authorization to release funds". I told tjem exactly what i thought of their company. I will never recommend them to anyone and I have put a stop to their emails as well.

A couple of weeks ago Pet Flow sent out emails on Sunday for Free shipping for that day. My neighborhoods internet was down that day, but was working on Monday, so I went to place an order with Sundays email code............ I was informed that I could not use the code, because it was expired 4 days prior to Sunday..... What ??.... So even if I did place an order on Sunday, I would not be able to use the coupon code given for that day. I called customer service.... and was informed that it wasn't the companies fault sending out that email. But I could get the free shipping if I would spend $50 or more..... that is more then my budget allotted for, but I had to do it, for the free shipping. It looks like the company sends the false advertising emails out on purpose, just so they get more money out of people...... THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE..... somebody needs to get responsible with their advertising emails.

Havent received it yet... and my dogs are happy either.

Horrible experience! Ordered food for my dog as I was running out. They never processed the order. Found out four days later. Cancelled and bought from chewys! Food arrived in two days. They also processed and shipped on the weekend...pet flow does not! Lost my business FOREVER!!! I am spreading the word too! Horrible company to deal with.
