They have a nice variety of pet products at discounted prices. I don't like that they only offer free shipping on purchases of $50 and above. However, I did receive free shipping with a promo code for less than $50. So I guess you have to be patient and wait for a promo code before you get the best deal.

I am trying out a new, more natural food for my 6 year old cat. I didn't want to get a huge amount in case my sometimes picky eater didn't like it. I was able to order a small size bag as a "test". The first day I put some down, my cat walked up to the bowl and sniffed, then dove pretty much head first into the bowl!

Pet Flow is an easy, cost-effective way to order prescription pet food. I have 2 older dogs that require different prescription pet food (one for liver function and one for kidney function), and Pet Flow carries both types of Royal Canin food that our household buys regularly. The pricing for the Royal Canin veteranary food is the same as or less than buying through my Vet's office, but doesn't require me driving to the Vet or lugging the 30 lb bags of food around the store and into my car. With the periodic sales / promotions, buying through Pet Flow can be 10 - 15% cheaper than what I pay at the Vet's office. The only drawback when ordering prescription food through Pet Flow is there can be delays if my Vet's office doesn't validate the prescription confirmation request right away, which requires me to contact my Vet and ask them to call or fax Pet Flow after I receive an email from Pet Flow that there is a delay - but this is a minor inconvenience compared to physically going to the vet.

Still haven't tried the food but happy I got the second bag I paid for. Just wish I didn't have to ask for it. but Mistakes happen.
