I ordered 3 LED lights for mine and my daughters babies..Our problem is that they didn't stay on for a minute..Granted I know we change batteries, but for new orders? Don't think so../.

I am a first time customer with Petflow. I give generously to a local shelter that was in need of Purina Kitten Chow. I ordered from your website and specifically stated that the shipping address was to the shelter. Instead, you shipped the items to my home (the billing address). This frustrated me as the shelter was desperate for the items with a huge influx of kittens. I contacted your customer service and the rep was so sweet and had Fed Ex pick up the items the next day so they could be reshipped to the correct address. Although I am grateful as to the help I received to correct this error, I am a bit confused how it happened in the first place as other vendors have not had this problem. I am not sure if I will use you again but I appreciate you resolution of the problem.

My dog loves the bully sticks and the snap bits. And, although he also loves the Herring Formula "Evo Wild Cravings" the product inside the package looked like it had been hit with a sludge hammer. Only about 1/4 of the contents were whole.. The rest of the product in the package were very small bits and dust. Kind of a waste of my money. I hate that.

I forgot to change the delivery settings, and ended up getting two large bags of food (because of minimum order required for free shipping) when I already had a full bag of food left. Petflow's return policy will charge you for return shipping if you refuse delivery AND does not notify you prior to shipping out the next delivery. I would have appreciated a brief email the day before delivery so I could delay it for a few weeks until I needed the dog food. A so-so experience.

i bought the led harness for my dog and it worked great however, the led lights came out of it and got lost during a walk- it was in the daytime so they were not lit and now we cannot find them... now it is just a harness- maybe they should stitch the opening a little more so that the lights don't come out so easily- other than that , it arrived to me very quickly so that part of it was good

Our auto shipment was trying to be sent before we received the first order. Other than that we are very pleased with petflow

WE GOT THE WRONG MILKBONES FOR OUR LITTLE DOG HE CAN'NT EAT THOSE BIG THINGS. I DON'T KNOW WHO'S FALT IT WAS .WE THOUGHT WE ORDERED THE THE MILKBONE MAROSNACKS BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT WE GOT
