I ordered dog food, which was at a very good price and had free shipping. However, I needed the food to arrive relatively soon because I was running out of food at home. When I placed the order they didn't give me an estimated time of arrival nor did it say exactly when my order was going to be shipped, I did not recall either seeing any option to get it delivered faster (overnight or 2-day delivery), although I could have missed it. After I placed the order I was concerned about the delivery date. I didn't receive any delivery notification until the day after, when somebody from customer service called me to verify the order. They used FedEx ground for shipping, I wish it would have been faster... or maybe I'm spoiled with Amazon Prime. Overall I wish the order had shipped faster. I don't see the need of customer service calling to verify the order, I think it should ship immediately after it's placed.

Ordered online for the first time. Delivery was swift and accurate. My dog [Duchess] was just out of food the day it was delivered. No problems at all. I'm thinking of setting up monthly orders as I have to drive over 80 miles to purchase from a local store.

This was my first time using PetFlow. I was very surprised to not only see the variety of products they hold but the great quality of their products. I was really satisfied with this shop and plan on coming back in the future!

My order was partially lost/not-shipped. The first rep was most likely on 3rd shift and was NO help. However, I called later in the day, and a friendly rep listened to my situation and resolved the my issue by re-sending the missing items, and she dis so in a friendly manner. That was the ONLY issue so far that I have had with PetFlow after 4 or so previous purchases, and they quickly resolved it.

One of the products I ordered was great, the other, not so great. I called to get details for returning the product and was told that I could not return the one I opened (a litter mat for cats). I questioned and was then told that I could return it. Then I was told that I would receive PetFlow credit. I said that I wanted my credit card credited. She checked with someone and then said okay. So even though I was able to return and credit my card, I feel like the company has sketchy return policies.

I bought the dirty dog throw rugs... I am very happy so far with them, they are very absorbent, soft and kinda cute. Prices were not bad either. Now we will see how they hold up and wash up without shrinking??? I do not like having to go with Auto Ship in order to get free shipping, we will see how that works as well.

PetFlow is really great for me because i'm disabled and unable to carry heavy bags of dog food.

Received my packages within a week. Both dog food bags were in one box which was 60 pounds kind of heavy for me that's why am only rated it at four stars otherwise very happy with the product in the service.
