I really enjoy browsing & making my wishlist. My only complaint is not with PetFlow but with their shipping carrier. I called over a week ago because FedEx had not delivered my shipment according to my address. PetFlow was going to follow up & I still have not heard back yet. I would appreciate any information you can offer. Thank you.

Our order has always been received fast. No waiting, lost order or other excuses. What we order is what we get. I show dogs so it's important to have good customer service that's reliable as well!!

The items came on time. The one crate liner was a bit thin, but its ok

I bought both the runner and the large mat. The runner worked perfectly for my back door but the mat was too high for our front door to open. Instead I put the mat on our couch when our dog came in from outside to absorb the snow. The rug feels nice to walk on and our dog (and cats like to lay on it) and it does seem to absorb really well. The runner would work really well to put in front of a slider but did wish the large mat was bigger, otherwise I would recommend this rug for wet and snowy dogs.
