Was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. However, it was left outside in the cold. So, I'm not sure if that affected the canned dog food or not once it was brought back to room temp. But, there is lots of 'fat slime' in this dog food that was not there when I bought it in a pet store (dog loved it and that is why I ordered a CASE of it (which takes a Yorkie a long time to eat!). In addition, the heavy case of cans was placed partially on top of treats that got smashed.

First order is great and prices amazing. After that, no need to continue orders. Prices are better elsewhere

I bought 3 lights up and they worked great, but the collar was too small and only lite up on one side. So, the battery didn't work. I think if it git my fit and the one battery worked it would of been fine

This was my first time shopping with PetFlow. The shipping took a long time, and I was not pleased with that. I probably won't go out of my way to shop here again.

I ordered a 24 lb of Blue Buffalo Freedom and a little pack of dog treats. I received the dog food in good shape, but the dog treats were smashed by the heavy bag of dog food, so they were in crumbles. I would suggest putting the dog treats in a separate package inside the big box for the dog food to protect the treat bag from getting crushed by the big bag of dog food.

The only problem I had was the cats would not eat the food, They would rather have the cheap in some cases from the box stores. At $40.00 for a bag that you would only have to lay out $15.00 for, is bad if they don't like it. Let me say I had a real problem with the first shipment, check my record of purchase. But the customer service person took charge and did what any good company would do, is make it right no matter what. It still end this way, if the pets won't eat it, I don't want it. I ordered 3 of the lights that hang on dogs collars. Only 2 of them worked. They were also difficult to attach to the collars (no instructions) included. I bought 1 of them for my mom so she could keep track of her little dog as her dog wanders the yard before they go to bed. It's a bit difficult for my mom to push down so hard on the light to have it come on. But she did it. Also the plastic of the whole design smells horrible. Just touching it makes one's fingers smell like chemicals and they have to be washed immediately.
