I ordered 4 or more times from pet flow.com. Never had a problem other than I should do automatic re-order. Than all in the sudden the FedEx driver stops because his hand held told him to. The tracking number got adjusted to that day after it initially said the day before , but no package. 3 business days later I contacted fed ex - as instructed -to see I need to contact pet flow. It took them 11 days for me to receive a new order. Still pretty sloppy packaged parcel arrived. I've never checked if I received all I ordered, but I will from now on.

I bought two boxes of Greenies and have only opened one. It had bugs in it. I am not sure I feel comfortable ordering from them again. I haven't opened the second box yet. I put it in the freezer in an effort to kill any potential bugs and hope it is still ok to give my dog after that.

I ordered dry dog food, beef roll and a crinkly dog toy. All was good except the toy. Gave it to my dog a within minutes the toy was torn apart! I've given her those crinkly toys that I bought at Pet Smart before and she still has and plays with them! So, why did I spend my money for this piece of junk????? Well, I guess I thought she would like a little variety. Didn't even last long enough for her to even realize it was new. My advice ,unless you just like to waste your money, DON'T BUY!

Great pricing, got our dog food faster than the estimated shipping; my one complaint is that because the box fit around the bag of food so tightly, when opening the box, I slit the bag of dog food open too...

Bright red, fluffy and big...just what I ordered.

I ordered two bags of Merrick dog food with great discounts, but the food arrived several days later than I thought it would. I will have to take the time into consideration the next time I order.

The product cam well packaged, but took awhile to get to me. I did end up having to order the same product from somewhere else to make sure I didn't run out.

I have gotten close to a dozen orders from them and for the most part I am very satisfied. Very fast shipping/delivery and everything is boxed and packaged well. For the most part things are a good deal moneywise, but I have had a few things appear much smaller once delivered than they had appeared on this site. Simple fix was to just not order them again. I recommend petflow though.
