I ordered Blue dog food, my 1st time ordering from here. I only ordered because I saw if you ordered so much moneys worth it was free shipping and also right next to it was a 12% coupon. I went thru the ordering process added the coupon, it didn't kick back or stop me and say it wasn't valid. I check out and see the coupon was never added in the total! I e-mailed and also spoke with someone regarding this issue. The lady on the phone was actually rude and said, you can ship the 60lbs of dog food back but you'll have to pay the shipping. That was her only comment. I felt like no one even wanted to listen, you got my money and bye bye. Well I have 2 new rescue large dogs and lots of friends. I will not be shopping on your site again and I am letting all my friends know about how I was treated by your company also. Very Very poor customer service you have have.

I placed an order. My credit card was maxed out and declined. I tried to change my credit number to a debit number and couldn't. I had to place a new order and still my old number came up. When I went to place a third order I was no longer eligible for my 30% coupon. Even though my new crate was more expensive locally. I purchased it with less hassle.

I never received my order. I got one email saying that it was going to the warehouse November 6 and that I would receive a second email when it was mailed, I never got any communication about the order after that, until I got the survey request.

I placed an order on November 5th for 2x 30lb bags of dog food. I received an email stating my order was placed and would be sent to the warehouse for shipment November 6th and I'd receive an email with tracking once it shipped. I received no email and sent an email to support on the 15th and received a response on the 16th. The support person told me my order was canceled on the 5th and I was sent an email about the order being canceled which I had not. The training given for the cancellation "It has come to our attention that a secret coupon website leaked one of our promotions this morning, leading to an unexpected spike in order volume for certain products. As an unfortunate result, we've sold out of your requested product and will not be able to fill your order. Your order has been canceled, but not to worry, you were not billed for this shipment." The item still shows in stock on their Web site. The company either canceled my order because they have backorder process or they didn't wasn't to honor a coupon being advertised on their own mailing list.

Petflow cancelled my Order for 300 pounds of dog food. Asked to be removed from their system but I'm still getting spammed. Worst company ever. Will NEVER order with them again.

This company isn't even worth one star. The site forces you to put at least one to leave a review. This company is ridiculous. We placed orders with them for a special on their Taste Of The Wild dry dog food and despite receiving emailed order confirmations, the company cancelled or order and explained that a promo code of theirs was leaked early, so unfortunately they had to cancel our order as they could not fulfill them all. I think this is bulls*** and completely ridiculous of the company. Whether it was a leaked promo code or an inventory issue, you find a way to FULFILL ALL THE ORDERS. This was not the consumers fault. Perhaps it wasn't the company's either, but it is their job to take responsibility for it regardless. And knowing that you probably received orders from many NEW CUSTOMERS, I would especially fulfill the orders just to solidify my growing customer base. In a nutshell, we refuse to do business with this company in the future, so shame on them for not seeing the value in a situation, glitch or not.

i ordered some dog food, after 2 weeks of no tracking info, i emailed their support, they said order got canceled.

I ordered dog food, when order confirmed said nothing ordered and got a confirmatory email which said same thing. Then I reordered. They billed me twice and sent both orders. I tried calling their 24/7 but was on hold for 8 min. I sent an email with no response and the email interface was also flawed. Would not use again
